My calves have always been bigger and more shapely than other women's. I found knee high boots here that fit me perfectly.

Kellie was really nice to us. (I tried going to your online site to leave a review. It was Waaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy to long!)

The guy who I believe to be the manager was super friendly and helpful. He took the time to walk us through the deals they were setting up for the day.

Friendly staff. I have small feet and they didn't have a huge selection of size 8 boots. However, they do have good deals every once in a while.

The staff was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend this place if you are looking for boots, hats, or other country lifestyle items.

I love Boot Barn. How I walked out of there without a new pair of boots is beyond me. Great selection and Sara was wonderful in helping pick out a 1st pair of Wranglers.

I can't show them because they are a gift and I don't want to spoil the surprise!

All I will say is they are exactly what I was looking for and they were at Boot Barn.

Big open layout, lots of different styles of boots, friendly, helpful staff.

They would benefit from more seating for trying on boots.

First time there, real nice selection of boots, staff was helpful. But I absolutely can not stand being asked at checkout who helped me, and to go do the review online and rate their performance, etc. So that kind of turned me off.leaves me annoyed as the last thing I remember while I leave the store.

Great selection of Wrangler jeans that are 100% cotton and no stretch. Now we know where to buy them.

Don't waste your time here. Much better Western wear store when it was Sheplers. At least they knew what Customer Service was. Very disappointing store.

This Boot Barn is huge. I was amazed at how big it was and the selection they have. The employees are super friendly too.

Back to return a $65 flannel lined shirt. Made in a 3rd world country so it wasn't made for an American to wear. Getting ridiculous to find clothes made in the USA for US citizens. Cody James clothes just don't fit cowboys in Texas!

This was my 2nd time at this store and both time I have received extremely poor cashier service. I figured maybe the 1st time the cashier was tired or maybe having a bad day, so I went back today hoping for a better experience. But yet again another negative experience. So lesson learned, not going back!
On a positive note the gentlemen who helped pick my 1st pair of boots were awesome. Maybe they can enlighten the cashiers on proper customer service etiquette.

Went in wanting to buy a new pair of boots. No one asked if I needed help, I couldn’t decide what pair I wanted so I went and got a headband, went to pay and literally stood there until the girl behind the counter finished her conversation with her coworker. Not impressed with the customer service, if you’re going to charge more than your competition, at least give better service. Went to Cavender’s and bought my boots there.

This place should be called "Dead Barn". Took my Father to look for a pair of boots. That was it, we looked while sales associate after sales associate looked at us like we had the plague. Zero help from no one. Maybe everyone there was raised in a barn. Absolutely ridiculous. Weird to feel unwelcomed where you're supposed to be spending money. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Excellent service. Store is well laid out and employees check to make sure there is nothing you are unable to find. Will be using this store from now on.

Awesome team up here! The helpfulness of the staff was something to remember. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program. They send you a promo email and discounts right off the bat. Store is nice and clean and has a good amount of merchandise selection. I will be returning to this location as I find myself in the area.

No one offered to help the whole time we were there looking for jeans. Finally, picked out jeans from the sale rack that had a marked down price. They wouldn’t honor the price saying someone accidentally placed them there. Even though it was written in marker. On top of that they wouldn’t take an online coupon. No impressed. Waiting for it to change names once again.

There staff was friendly and very helpful. I went in to buy my first pair of boots and was greeted by Tony. He helped me choose the right pair for the right price. I'll definitely go back when want to get more.

Terrible service. Three employees and we were the only ones shopping. Nobody asked how we were doing and it was a self serve atmosphere. Went in to shop the new Miranda line while the bf picked up some boots.couldn’t even get someone to open a fitting room. Sad day.

They need better customer service. You have to seek out a sales associate to get help. They will see you standing there and day nothing. Much better when it was Sheplers.
