Walked in and was greeted by staff, and felt comfortable. Staff was respectful and helpful while shopping for a straw hat. Mosses was professional and went above and beyond. If you ever in need of a hat. Stop and see Mosses.

Wish I could give them Zero stars for their lack of public restrooms. I like to drink. And well, sometimes I have to drain the main vein. Worst public service. Next time, accommodate your guest.

It's a good western wear shop. I usually come here when boot barn fails me. Bought two cowboy hats here and had an open crown hat shaped. Always been happy with what I get here.

Went today to get my hat reshape and it came out amazing would recommend to anyone and everyone also they have the best prices in town 10/10 and the coustomer service is amazing!

Very rude women associates. We’re clearly looking @ something and they decide to arrange the items right in front of us. No thank you, no nothing! Won’t be back. Drove from Laredo to check this store out, and very disappointed!

Came in to get my grandpa’s old cowboy hat cleaned and shaped. I did not get the name of the gentleman who helped me at the hat counter but he was extremely helpful, professional and very kind. He could tell I wasn’t sure of what I wanted and helped explain different styles and ways to wear a hat. I was very pleased with how the hat came out and the customer service I received. I will definitely be returning to this store!

Very nice help, not pushy, the guy that shaped my son's hat was very helpful and patient. I'm sure we will return for more western wear in the future.

Robby was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, patient & pleasant. My grandson loves his new boots that Robby recommended. We also walked in 15 minutes before they closed and didn't feel rushed by them.

Hispanic friendly store. They carry a variety of plus size apparel and latest fashion trends overall experience was pleasant will be returning to purchase more items.

Wonderful place to get boots and hats and some rare western wear. You actually get good quality.
