Not a good experience. I went here because my sister in law use to work at the one in San Angelo. I was at the counter for more than 30min not one single employee acknowledged I was there. While standing there I watch a guy with long hair help two other people who came in after me. Then he asked people who where walking around if they needed help. We made eye contact twice. He never asked me if I needed any help. Hands down worst experience I've ever had at BSE. You guys need customer service training BAD!
