Staff was friendly and service was fast. Manager Ashley was very friendly and provided great service!

Went this past Sunday May 7.2023 for their 1/2 off custard Family of 6 only to be turned away because they stated they ran out.c’mon everyone goes on Sunday for that reason. How is it possible to run out.young kids at the store that don’t want to work.the drive thru was getting their custard.we went into the store.it’s like saying KFC runs out of chicken.just don’t believe that!

I always get the 4 tender meal for years now and I would always get 2 lil containers of sauce but recently they have only been going 1 and that really upsets me. And they charge 50 cents for an extra sauce, it’s annoying because sometimes they give 1 and sometimes they give two

This is the second time it happened.i don't know why I went back. The tenders are really small. Are they always this small or do I just have that luck

We waited 25 minutes for a chicken salad. Horrible experience, they did not even apologize. Don’t go here!

The food was good, but the chicken shortage has obviously hit Boss. My strips were barely as big as my dipping sauce container. I remember when they were large and juicy. The hot dogs are awesome on the bread roll.

Bad service, small portions, soggy fries, 9: 20 pm and no tea… all this for 10 dlls

Worst service ever. Came in 45 min before closing was told lobby was closed. Manager was rude when asked for ketchup blatantly ignored us and walked into the kitchen.

Solid hard fries, which literally almost broke my wife tooth. No seasoned fries which I requested also. This is the usual mistake I get from this location.

Order was missing a whole entree no quality control. Check your order before leaving or pulling away.

Went through drive through, placed our order the girl taking orders messed it up on the drinks. Told her and she decided to argue and told us we were wrong she heard correctly. Then once we got home the Boss sauce tasted like vinegar and we must have received the end of the fries. I guess with employees like that we will not go back. Regarding the sauce things happen. With all new places coming we will not be back.

If you enjoy boss chicken I don’t recommend this location, especially not in the afternoons. Every time I go the service is bad. Last time I went I was waiting for 40 mins and there was only TWO cars in front of me. The teenage girls working there were having a big argument and treated me with disrespect. The food quality has been going downhill since they open:/ I ordered two custard sundays and you can tell they prepared them when I placed the order because they were both completely melted and half filled. I also ordered the #4 and the chicken pieces were smaller than my index finger.

I just asked Boss to hire me as their official food taster. Their cashew custard, spicy chicken tenders, mango tea, and chili dogs are fantastic.
Not sure if they will hire me. But, I'll work for free.

Racist Employees. I came in to place a DoorDash order a couple minutes ago and I was ignored by the two girls I assume were supposed to be running the registers. I waited for a minute while they sat there talking to each other, long after they realized I was waiting to order. There was literally no one else in the restaurant or in the drive through so they weren’t busy, but their conversation must have been super important. It’s a store full of Mexican employees and I’m black so I can only assume that’s why I was ignored.

Dirty place, tables, walls and floor. There is food and grease accumulated between the floor and the walls. You call tell that the place has not been swept in a week.
When they first opened, the place was very clean but they have let it fall bad.

Food always good! I've never really never have any issues when we go. My kids love the tenders and custards! We eat here at least once week! Better the the national chains!

Disappointed with the entire experience today. Have been to this location several times. Today was specifically for our Elementary school fundraiser. The girl that took my order was very rude, I waited over 15 minutes for my order, which was then shoved to me, and it had chili cheese sauce on it. When i asked for a napkin to wipe it off the girl told me "you can use the ones in your bag! " I again asked for napkins because I wasn't about to put down the bag with sauce on the outside to look for them and get sauce on my seats. A few more minutes passed before a manager came to hand me the napkins.
They weren't busy and there wasn't anyone in the store. While i waited no one was visible in front of house or at the window. Get it together especially if you are going to host fundraiser nights!

Sure the quality isn’t always like this. I enjoy eating at other boss chickens. Fries and toast were completely burnt. I asked for lemon pepper chicken and received regular.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the strips. When i saw ur commercial i was like hey wait a minute the strips aren't that big! The ones we get served are like chicken nuggets! It's just not worth it especially for the price!
