15 I ordered a half original half spicy family pack and they gave me everything spicy.
They didn't give me the sauces I asked for and they only gave me a straw for 4 sodas, bad experience since I have little girls who don't eat spicy food.
I love the customer service it’s always so welcoming and I couldn’t ask for a better place with food and service!
Favorite Boss Ever always greeted nicely with a smile! Food is always good and fresh. Richie helped us today and was super nice and patient with us! Coming back for sure
The potatoes tasted like old oil and the chicken sandwich was very plain, the bread tasted weird, it was not a good experience
I go to this place often about 3 to 4 times a month never had a problem this time I ordered the big box combo with a side of cheese got home poured my cheese all over my meal and cheese was bad really clumpy and nasty. It look like throw up, contacted the store. The manager Adrian tried charging me again even though I said I would be OK to pay again, but the manager is to make it right for the customer and not charge double just to get out the old inventory out.
Adrian has a great attitude serving customers as it made me feel welcomed and at home he is a very attentive worker wished we had more people like him food was great.
Shout out Boss! They were so busy but working so hard getting all the orders out with such a good attitude. Food was delicious as usual
Recently ordered online, arrive at the scheduled time to pick up the food. I ended up waiting 30 minutes as the workers forget about me. Ended up with cold soggy fries and lukewarm chicken tenders.
Jocelyn was very helpful and made sure that everything was correct. Great costumer service will come again!
The food is good. It is way better than Canes. Food is well seasoned, chicken is juicy, fries are good, bread is delicious. We got the honey mustard sauce, goes great with the chicken. The vanilla ice cream is delicious, very creamy, didn't try it with the toppings. Price is reasonable.
Service was ok. They do keep it the lobby really clean. It's a small but comfortable place to eat at.
Food is great and so good love there drink options the teas and limeade are delish and there boss sauce so good
Horrible service. We went to pick up an online order and waited 15 min. No one came to our car I had to go in to let them know. When we open the boxes everything was all over the place and the hot dog we ordered was upside down and spilled everywhere.
I always thought this would be a good place to eat, it looks good on the menu and I've seen somewhat good reviews. Never have I been more disappointed in my life. These were the most average chicken strips I've had to date, it tastes like chicken, nothing special, nothing juicy or flavorful just regular, plain, dry chicken. Also the "boss" sauce is sour and distasteful. If you have some time get canes or even whataburger chicken strips instead, much better than these sorry little strips. I've also included a picture/video of what they consider to be an acceptable "chicken strip". I won't be comming here again and I suggest you don't either, you will be disappointed.
I went around 9: 56 11/16 i get home open my food and my 2 orders are completely cold except the bread and one bread tasted funny we only ate one chicken tender and a bread just cause we were hungry the next day i calaround 1 on the phone just said to ask for her and she can help with a refund or the food so i went in when i had the time i still had the receipt but i had lost it right before i got there i gave here every item on it and she explains to me i should have called at 11 or the night prior but it was already cleared she just had a really ugly attitude through it all i understand it’s late and no one wants to serve food but i don’t wanna pay for cold food nor do i deserve bad service from both parties you need to do better at training your employees to serve people for what their paid to do it’s ridiculous
