I am super pleased with the customer service provided here. I've visited this bow shop multiple times now and every single time I go in I get excellent service. I'd like to thank the 3 different gentlemen (James, Dylan, and Walker) that have helped me. I live in Georgetown, Texas and prefer to come here (2 hours away) instead of the bow shops right next to my house (8 minutes away, 10 minutes away, and 25 minutes away). I highly recommend this bow shop. You will not be disappointed. They really know their stuff.

First time walk-in and James really took care of me! Gave me some pointers and helped me with all my questions. Really took the time to make me comfortable despite my lack of knowledge. Told me to text him if I have any more questions and will certainly return for any of my archery needs!

James is FANTASTIC. After purchasing a new model bow, he set it up, customized the colors, and didn't let me leave until I had the bow set up the best way possible with equipment that was installed, fit for my exact measurements. I returned several weeks later once my new site came in. Without hesitation, he adjusted everything so the bow was perfectly tuned with the gear installed, paper tuned and gave me options and suggestions to better the bows performance and accuracy. Not once did I feel pressured into purchasing anything recommended and was given several options regardless of whether I used him or not.

BOTTOM LINE:
My groups have never been tighter, my bow never so finely tuned, and knowing I have a professional focused on making me the best archer I can be has earned him a customer for life.

Just bought a complete bow package for my son. Absolutely excellent experience all the way around. Dylan spent time helping us select the correct bow and get it set up for my son. We shot together exchanged a few stories and had a great time. Your crazy if you even think about going anywhere else.

Owner took time to set up my bow and correct my shooting posture so I could be comfortable with new bow. Outstanding customer service. I will NOT go anywhere else. EVER! ;;; Highly recommend.
