Bow Wow Billie's Dog Bathing and Grooming, Arlington TX

I have been taking my dog here for a few years and they are by far my favorite groomer! They always do an amazing job and really love your fur babies! If you live in the Arlington area I highly recommend them!

They always take great care of my dog Rocco who is a little nervous of the dryer. But other than that they get along great and I always get a nice report card on how he did.

Never again will we take our babies there they hurt one of our baby they shaved her down to her skin she’s so irritated raw skin I text SENT THEM PICTURES and told them what they did to our dog and asked for a refund bad hair cut and they text back saying to not bring our babies back to them what makes them think we would bring them back to them like I said NEVER EVER

If I could give it a 0 I never thought my fur baby would experience something so painful and I am just appalled with how she came back looking. It was also my first visit and my last. You could just tell my fur baby was just roughed around with out a care I wasn’t even told she was bleeding when I picked her up. I’m not sure if we just got a new groomer who had a bad day but no one’s baby should be put through that.

I did reach out by text and was told that I wouldn’t be allowed to bring my baby in I sent in the pictures of the incident

I’m new here and so upset i I haven’t been taking my dog here. This is a perfect place and Billy is absolutely wonderful and very concerned. My pet even had a grade card when I picked him up, The groomer was excellent Billy is absolutely wonderful and caring love this place so does my Handsome Hamilton

I drive from Frosco to Arlington to get my dogs groomed by Billie. They always treat my dogs like they are kings. Love them to death. I could find people closer but well worth the drive. Billie is the best.

We always leave Billy’s looking Pawfect! They always take such good care of Honey, good prices, and great staff!

Freaking love this place so much. They never disappoint. Billy is such a sweetie and always does an amazing job.

I love this place. Free nail trims, though I try to give a tip for making time for me and my dog. Great service, and they use text to communicate, making it easier for me personally to set an appointment-I know it must be chaotic in there at times! Thank you Billie, and everyone there for helping me out so consistently with my critter.

My yorkie loves going there! If I say their name he gets all excited! They’ve treated me nice too. His haircut is awesome and he smells really good.

I came to Bow Wow Billies once prior and received a relatively good haircut for my pup. Since he looked well groomed I rescheduled to keep my pup looking nice and to get used to the grooming process.

The second time around was an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT experience. I was running a bit behind and dropped him off 15 behind the 9 a.m. Drop off time. Apparently they have a late fee charge that I was not informed about when I dropped him off or picked him up. Apparently there is a sign on the wall somewhere within the building with very small message about it that I did not see, but a verbal notice would have been nice given every other place I have been to is much less strict on drop off times. As a business owner I respect her rules just wish a verbal notice would have been given.

I requested the face and his bottom to be trimmed and cleaned up around the edges. Keep in mind the first time he looked very nice and they did well so that is what I expected and requested again. This time they couldn’t have spent more than 5 min on him. His ears were kind of clipped and his private but that is about it.

When I called to inquire about it I was told I could bring him back to be fixed and I could pay difference between “face and essentials” and full grooming. I don’t care the cost I just wanted him to look nice and agreed to this at first. At that time I asked the difference in cost and she told me it was around 60. I paid 54. That is when she finally informed me she talked on a late charge wayyyyy after the fact. I get it, those are your rules but don’t sneak it on there without telling me when dropping off or picking up. It was never told how strict the drop off time was it that it would result in a considerable late fee.

I am mostly disappointed in the lack of care in quality. The resolution was being him back but you have to pay more, and it didn’t seem to me they cared to fix the situation. I just wanted what I received last time.

The first pic attached is 10 min after he got home from being groomed for the 2nd appt mentioned above. (His right leg has a shaved part from surgery and that is not their fault) The latter pics are after being groomed by a different groomer. Night and day difference between the two.

2 stars as first time was great, 2nd was awful. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I wish them the best though.
