Went and saw Richard today, and he did a GREAT deal for a luxury mattress something I definitely didn't think I could afford. Customer service was 100%, very quick & he cares about his customers. Also he delivered my mattress 15 minutes after I left his office. Will be sending my friends and family to him!

Found on Facebook and answered immediately to schedule a time to come in. Once we got there he explained all the different types of mattresses and helped us choose one we liked. 100% recommend them if you’re looking for a new mattress and they also offer delivery!

Buying a mattress is an annoying prospect. The business is filled with flim flammer scammers. I dod my research and had a model in mind at a specific price.
Met with Richard to get a mattress. We were looking for a budget mattress with plans to put a topper on it and make it more comfortable. After talking about my back issues he upgraded me to a better mattress for the same I was going to spend on the lower end mattress. I had an issue with getting the frame built in a timely manner and he held the mattress for almost a monthfor me while I straightened it out. He was awesome all around no pressure. Even when I felt bad for leaving it there so long he assured me that it was no problem and not an inconvenience. He helped me strap it down and gave me rope (bc i left my tow straps at home) all around great to deal with! Highly recommend!

I honestly wish more places were still like this. My mom and I were running errands and decided to try mattresses while we were out-on a Sunday, most every other place was closed, except BoxDrop. We decided to pop in and met Johnny, who was just about on his way out, but graciously welcomed us in and *took his time* showing us the mattresses in the showroom. He never pressured us into making a decision on one mattress or the other, which I appreciated. I must’ve tried some mattresses 4 additional times to compare them! By the time we were done, both my mom and I purchased new mattresses (2 total, plus a new bed frame). Johnny was absolutely fantastic and a lovely human being, and I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs an upgrade, especially at their incredible prices.

My wife's had 9 back surgeries and needed a quality mattress. We bought one of their "Top of the Line" mattresses for over $1500 2 years ago. He "didn't have one in stock and would bring it to us after he got them in". The mattress he brought us was not the same as the one we tried in his store (bait and switch I'm guessing). Now, it has broken down so bad that we literally roll off the bed at night in our sleep. Currently shopping for a new mattress and won't make this mistake again! Should have kept our old one!
