UPDATE: A representative from Boxer Property called and apologized for what happened and I can see that they have credited my account with the money. I am glad they reached out and resolved this. I honestly like the place and location and the fact that they worked with me, I will extend my lease by 1 year or 2 years and I will opefully also lease another office around Love Field airport!



I am extremely disappointed with Boxer Property. At the beginning, I met Amy, the person who signed me first and she was great to work with. Highly responsive, she knew what she was doing and very professional and I thank her for helping me out and making the process so easy.

But after I signed my contract, I went and created my portal [where you make payments and so on]. I tried to verify my account but wouldn't let me do it. I called and asked and I was told that it may take some time. I had to leave for an overseas travel and I left a family member access to my account but she wasn't able to verify either.

When I got back from my travel, I was assessed a late fee of $83.06 and a Lock out fee of $120 and my office was locked. I went to the office in my building to talk to the manager, Juliana, twice and explain my situation but I wasn't able to meet her. I only met Robert and told him what happened and if he can waive the fees for me. He advised me to pay the full amount with the penalty and then ask for adjustments by going to the head office in LBJ.

I went there and paid them the rent plus the $203.06 of penalties. I even took my laptop with me and showed them my account and the fact that I can not verify my checking account so that I can make a payment! They told me that they have to create a ticket for it and they will get back with me. This was Friday, June 30,2023. I waited Monday, Tuesday was holiday [July 4] and went on Wednesday since it is July 5 and the last day to make a payment. I asked they why I did not get a reply, and I was told that they did not get a reply from accounting department. Then I said how am I going to pay then, I was told to get a check! I went home and got them a check for payment.

I went to my portal after few days, I think they adjusted something - as I was able to verify my checking account. So basically, I was penalized for their own mistake. Up to this date, no one has called or emailed me to discuss this issue.

We moved into Carillon Towers about a month ago. We are very happy here. The building, landscaping, and parking garage are kept very clean. The staff have been very accommodating.

Can't recommend this space. Overall pleased with the building and amenities, however the staff is not professional. After making the decision to downsize, I requested to let my lease expire in writing (via email) at least 30 days prior to the auto-renewal date. The lease was set for auto-renewal at the end of October of 2022. My initial request was sent on August 29th to not renew my lease (60 days prior to my auto-renewal). I then got an email from a Boxer employee on October 19th asking if I wished to renew my lease. I promptly responded that I did not, and asked when I needed to have everything out of the office. I moved out and returned the keys within the time allotted (October 31st, 2022). Everything seemed normal, but THIS is when I began to have issues. I started getting email statements from Boxer that my rent was past due. It was as if my lease had never expired. I promptly reached out to the manager to remind them that I had moved out, but was still receiving statements. He assured me that he would get the issue resolved. After reminding them 2 additional times of the error, nothing had been done. It is now MAY and I have just received a commercial lease default, to which I must pay them over $10,000.00 or they are threatening to take me to court. Keep in mind I haven't been to that office ONCE since moving out. Even AFTER I have provided screenshots requesting to cancel my lease to their corporate/collections office. They are either incompetent at keeping records, or morally bankrupt and trying to intimate me into "settling" with them. Both are equally terrifying. The harassment has been going on for months at this point. Please look elsewhere.

Andrew from Houston was very helpful and professional. Robert, the property manager also made it easy and timely for me to move in. The property is very well maintained and located in a good area.
