I really thought this was a great place to help our lives during a difficult time but it was the worst experience. The people running it are on a power trip and totally oblivious to the kids. The younger staff try but they’re stifled by the ego at the desk. “You can’t save them all” is her literal motto so I think that means don’t even try to put a dent.
