I don’t know where to start… Everything with working with Brad and his team was an amazing experience. I met Brad at an open house and immediately got the good vibes from him. I went ahead and told him he’ll be my realtor. I went ahead and put an offer on that house and Brad recommended to go the extra mile and do more than just the basic home inspection, and good thing we did. I had to eventually terminate that contract due to inspections that we went the extra mile for. But it turned out to be for the best. Immediately after we found another property for sale and I fell in love with it. We worked together to put in a good offer and our offer was slightly the best offer. During the entire process Brad was always available and made feel at ease answering my concerns and questions. I would 100% recommend Brad and his team to all my friends and family!
