Nicolas and Casey are very professional and know what they are doing. Everyone at Bradbury Brothers really cares about the customer. It can get costly, but the service is unbeatable. Their membership plan is really worth it and saves a lot of money. I highly recommend them.

Jim was efficient and went above and beyond to help. He found a leak while he was in the attic and took pictures so I could send them to the roofer that I hired. He is very thorough and like the other Bradbury specialists he was careful, cleaned up after himself and was very effective and efficient.

Marc was outstanding and very professional! He came right on in and immediately amazed me with how friendly and personable he was. He kept his face mask and shoe booties on the entire time and answered all of my questions throughly! He even offered me a valuable Bradbury Rewards Club membership! I truly felt safe and assured through the entire appointment that he was going to fix my plumbing problems. I can’t wait to use Bradbury Brothers for all of my home service needs in the near future! Gotta love a company that really has the best service professionals. WOW!

I recently had Bradbury Brothers replace my entire homes' heating and air-conditioning system (4 furnaces and 4 A/C units) and was very impressed with the professionalism throughout the entire job. The initial home inspection was done by Bob Wilson. He did a very thorough job evaluating my home's A/C and heating needs, and carefully explained what systems he thought were the best for our needs. He actually recommended downsizing some of our system, revamping some of the ductwork, and adding additional intake vents for better efficiency and flow. After accepting what I thought was a very reasonable estimate for the project costs, the work began the very next day! Concerning the installation, both Juan Guerrero, and Luis Branco met and exceeded my expectations for installers. Both were very courteous, arrived promptly each day (it took four days), worked very diligently, and did an excellent job of installing all the units. This included a small unit that was actually behind a wall in the above the garage bonus room that was very difficult to get access to. They wore booties at all time in my home, and they completely covered all floors necessary with tarps. At the end of the day they left the house as if no one had ever been there (they even straightened out the fringe on the throwrugs which pleased my wife). It is very refreshing to have someone that still realizes how important customer satisfaction is! Kudos to Bradbury Brothers for instilling such professionalism in their employees, and double that to the team that did such a fantastic job on my home! I look forward to working with you in future, and will definitely recommend your services to all my friends and neighbors.

Being the new owners of the old house, I was concerned to get baseline maintenance on all the infrastructure systems, especially the AC. The Bradbury Brothers' techs were on time, professional, and maintained good COVID-19 prevention protocols, including masks and distance. Maintenance of the AC system was thorough and comprehensive. They detected a couple of obvious faults (including one hidden module that was sparking) that required replacement that otherwise could have led to system failure during the dead of summer. They also located a blower filter in the attic we had no knowledge of that was five years old.yikes!

I highly recommend Bradbury Brothers.

We originally had a different company come out to look at our AC. After being taken through the wringer with no success we decided to get a second opinion from Bradbury Brothers. Amanda discovered that the part that the previous company used to try to fix things had been installed backwards! Once fixed the unit still wouldn’t work, but Amanda did not give up and finally found a solution. She was patient, informative, and knowledgeable. We can’t thank her enough!

Bradbury Brothers did an outstanding job on repairing our air conditioning system. They arranged for their technician to check out the problem on a Sunday, as we were having a party on Monday morning. The technician arrived on time, assessed the problem, and fixed the unit after the previous company had said it was irreparable. I would highly recommend using Bradbury Brothers and Amanda, our technician, was knowledgeable and thorough.

What a wonderful experience with Bradbury! AC in Texas summer is a necessity! Bradbury did a tune up and fixed several things quickly and professionally. I'm so happy i can count on them for these major house issues.

The serviceman, Mario Silva, showed up at the appointed time. That is always a good start in these circumstances. He discussed what he found that needed to be corrected and expeditiously proceeded with the repair. He was courteous and seemed to be conscientious about his work. He wore the proper foot protection to not track anything into my house. At this point, I have been satisfied with the repairs made.

A/c stopped working and they were at my house is 3 hours because I was a member of their customer club. All the techs were nice and informative. They have been my go-to company for over 4 years.

I called early and the guy showed up within 30 minutes. Less than an hour later and I now have a cool house again. Great service, really nice service man. A real pleasant experience all the way around. Definitely will call them again and recommend them.

Chris and Matt were extremely nice and professional. They listened to me with my rookie self diagnosis on my water heater issues and proceeded to determined the issues.

I own an automotive repair shop and am always looking for people who genuinely care and want to make a difference. Bradbury should be proud of the both of them as they represented your company well! Service was excellent But he forgot to turn air conditioner back on The one he was not working on. Tech came early next morning an quickly found problem and corrected. Only one night without air in master bedroom
