She did an amazing like top tier job on my hair she was very understanding of how I wanted and was really lovely to be around tbh I would come back to her all the time she’s going to be my main braider and you guys should come to her she’s the best prices are amazing really good quality.

They are deleting bad reviews! Lady didn’t wash my hair properly at all! Still was dirty! Blow dryed my hair with no heat protector, no oil or anything on it even after braiding hair dry to! Keep in mind she didn’t wash it properly and I even said it’s still dirty! The leave out, she didn’t even do the side I wanted, she just picked herself where she wanted it. Then for the sew in, when trying to blend the bundles with my leave out! They used no heat protector at all? ! 4c hair here? ! She then takes gel, puts it ALL over my leave out to keep it down or to try and blend it better; then takes the flat iron and sizzles my hair? ! I even ask for heat protector, she went and got lotion and put it in my hair to pretend it was heat protector? How do you not have heat protector when your client base is People of color? Didn’t even comb it through the hair! Keep in mind my sew in is body wave hair right, why are you straightening the leave out when the hair is curly? My natural hair is over 18 inches so the straight leave out on curly hair was very noticeable and bad! She even cut some of my natural hair I noticed after it was blow dryed. Then she takes pink hair moisturizer hair spray and just drenched my hair in oil! Oily, oily, oily, drenched when you touch it! Keep in mind I also asked her before she even started applying heat that I wanted my hair styled with beautiful curls and showed a picture of how I wanted my hair curled! Didn’t even do that, lol! She didn’t even curl my hair at all but said okay, she would! Had to ask for a rubber band to put my hair in a pony and go to the beauty supply store for a hat to cover my “styled” hair! Went home washed my hair, everything! Did it the right way! Blended! They also lied about the price of sew-in but I wasn’t tripping since it was only $20 increase! Beware they are deleting reviews! I see why now they don’t have a stream of customers and the other braiding salon is always packed!

I got my hair braided today and it’s perfect! Great customer service and I’m so glad I found my forever braider!

I'm writing about this one review this lady give me ma'am I'm sorry it was my workers that was doing ur hair not me I went somewhere I told them to do it that why.all my customers know I do go work in my shop that why I get all five stars this is the first time for this to happen so please forgive my shop.for the mistake I always do good job it all on my reviews please come back let myself redo it that why i text u n call u but u didn't.sorry, she ask u to look at the hair if u like it u said yes.later u said ur was hurting for sure this faux locs has pain let take it down u said nou said no let fix u said no

I enjoyed coming here at this location especially when I’m new from Atlanta. From the time I got in Jessica was very attentive and very big on communication. She was being cheerful and my hair is amazing she didn’t pull my hair. Her price are very reasonable I will be back again. Please tell a friend to tell a friend

The braids looked beautiful, she was also fast and helped me get my hair for my braids.this is the best braid shop ever

She very lovely and kind and good with people and her customer she good at braiding hair and I am thankful for her doing my hair and she doesn’t pull hair tight or anything and that hair that was done in the bad reviews was done by her worker not miss Jessica so please know that she is the greatest braiding place I know and she has a lovely set up to go too I’m in love with my hair so much she done

If I could give one star i would. I feel like this lady is nothing but a fraud and pays a bot to give her business five stars. I’m going to list the red flags…1.she rescheduled my appointment for a later time so she can pick up her kid…2 she didn’t know the type of style i wanted even though i told her TWICE and have had text messages with her…3 she sucks … she started on my head and handed me off to her sister… and her sister continued to be overly tight on my head after i had addressed it FIVE times. After being there for 4 hours and the style was not what i asked for and wanted and my entire head was still not done i got up and paid those frauds partial service even though i felt like i didn’t have to pay them anything due to the negligence of the service being done. The owner Patience is rude and money hungry and wants you to contribute to her business but can’t even keep up with what styles her customers want nor have all the products to braid hair. I've had Jessica braid my hair twice now and I loved it both times. She is affordable, fast and reliable.

This is my 2nd time going to this salon. Jessica is very professional. She did a great job with my knotless braids and did not pull my hair. Very clean salon.

I was really disappointed with my braids – they were so tight that they caused my hair to break after just a few days.

The Braider has amazing service & she braided my hair really quick! I’mthis place— definitely will recommend her but make sure you bring your own edge control if you’re planning on leaving side burns out.

Great place to get your hair done. I got some basic cornrows and she did them nearly and not too tight!

Braids were ok my micro braids started off good but looks like she got tired towards the end they are a little bigger than I like plus the next morning some of the bigger ones looked like they where about to fall out. I had to fix it
