My experience with Ms. Kim was great. She treated my hair with care and made sure to always acknowledge my texture. Not only did she service my hair but she also took time to explain how to be able to maintain and care for my hair on my own. During the time I was able to learn many lessons on what to stop doing and what to start doing for the wellbeing of my hair health/care. This was the best experience i’ve ever had with any hairstylist.

But please understand that she is a busy woman and she is her own independent so please be patient when trying to reach out to her! I messaged this business to get info on braids for my son. After this lady Kim rushing me to send her pictures of my son she stopped replying. I don't think I want to do business with someone like this. Definitely finding someone else to do my son's hair.

I initially went in today to get an assessment of my hair, which has been through a lot due to a different stylist, and my lack of knowledge, how to help my hair out afterwards.
I had somewhat given up on the state of my hair.
Ms. Kim fortunately had an opening in her schedule and helped me out right then and there. Not only did she get my hair back on the right track but she also made me feel good about myself.

I did also appreciate the warmth I experienced. Another customer was still there when I arrived, whom I was introduced to. I have never experienced such a thing going to a stylist. It was "quite the experience" in a great way

Ms. Kim has been amazing. I'm not from El Paso, but have been here a year. My hair was suffering from the climate change and I was at my wits end. She showed me how to moisture my hair and she removes the toxins each time I go. I've had three visits thus far and my hair feels healthier than ever. I went from a pile full of shedding hair to not even a palm full. I generally get a relaxer and crochet braids. The protective styles help. She goes a step beyond being flexible for appointments, encouraging self care and educating clients how to care for their hair. She has been a blessing.

So blessed to of found Kim. She truly cares about her client's hair and she will set your mind at ease with any and all your concerns and hair wishes!

The best hairstyles that did better than most I know. I Got braids and hair treatment. She's always giving positive options how you want OR need your hair done. Also has amazing hair products for when you're done to keep up with your hair.

Braids & More by Kim did a FANTASTIC job on my natural hair, she was honest and straight up with how damaged my hair was, what product to STOP and START using to make sure my hair stays healthy. I learned today that sometimes it’s not always about looks but about HEALTH. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend going to her for EVERYTHING, hair cuts, braids, all that jazz. **It's important to add that I initially wanted to cover my damaged hair with a protective hairstyle (it was a consultation, I hadn't bought any hair with me), not knowing that there would be no point in doing that if my core structure was so damaged and unhealthy. Kim laid it all out for me and opened my eyes to the fact that my hair needs a fresh start, some TLC, before I go slapping fake hair on it and I'm SO SO SO GLAD I listened to her because she's absolutely right. Deep down I knew that getting weave wouldn't solve the problem - it's just a temporary fix. I told her this shows that she truly cares about her clients. She really wants her clients to feel their absolute best about themselves under her care and she will tell you exactly what needs to be done to better suit your needs, so you don't end up doing something you'll later regret, like me she's very knowledgeable about hair I recommend Braids by Kim, go to her because she cares
