Just wanna say THANK U SOOOOOO MUCH! I appreciate the professionalism & timely matter. Bryan is who I dealt with, along with other crew members & I have 2 say in the future I will be dealing with them & only those @ this location, they exceeded my expectations. I had an issue with another 1 of their shops which completely botched my vehicle & they corrected the error; no expense 2 me. Thank u guys 4 doing what I had paid another 1 of your shops over $300 2 do. This will be my go 2 from here on in

The Manager Paul at store #527 located at 3825 South Loop West Houston, Texas 77025 (Located at Loop 610 and Stella Link) laughed after discovering his technician damaged a wire on my car. I took my car to the dealer and had to pay for them to fix it back! PLEASE do NOT go here!

Brought car in to get brakes done. After inspection the manager of the store said there was plenty of life left in the pads and he recommended waiting on doing the service. We will be back. Appreciate their honesty.

Alex check my brake situation thoroughly, found out I had a minor issue with low battery voltage, and told me to return if I had any more problems! No charge! Great customer service, professional and honest! I'll be returning for my maintenence from now on. Thank you!

Best place to get your oil change they go above and beyond for you and customer service is amazing been coming to this location since 2015 since i moved to Houston they will forever have my business. Thank you Brake Check you guys are amazing

William Holden and John Burdan where Fantastic! Will is amazing at customer service and really goes out his way to make sure the customer feels comfortable and gives all the facts upfront. As I waited for my car I watched these two men really give everyone that walked in amazing service and made everyone one smile even in this pandemic. I am really impressed and will definitely be back!

I put one start because is the minimum you can give,
I took my car to this location for an oil change, literally after driving out my car started having issues. I first thought it was because of the new oil change so I let it go, and drove home.
Next morning when I wanted to go to work, I started my car and there was lot of smoke coming out of the exhaust pipe. I ignored it then I drove out to the street without knowledge it was going to get worse. When on the freeway my car started breaking down that I could only go 30miles/hr.
Drove to the nearest mechanic shop and they told me
That they did a bad oil change and part of the engine got damaged because of oil that was spilled during the oil changing process. I end up paying $660 to get my car fixed.

Want to share that I went in for car service on yesterday and had a wonderful experience. John & Brian were absolutely amazing & very professional. I now have them in my contact list. Please stop by if you are in need of brakes, alignment, or other services. They are great and I was there less than 1 hour. Great job & very pleased with the service.

I go here every time for an oil change! They have the best prices for it, and always so nice and I love how they never try to sell me anything extra. I just get any oil change and I’m out in less than 30 minute. They’re always so sweet and so nice. Highly recommend for an oil change in Houston!

They over charged me for synthetic oil change and told me my shocks were bad in front when my car only has struts in front and shocks in back said they were fine but print out showed red on tires in back that was good a week later check engine came on! And took to autozone and they said wrong oil was put in and blew the part! And now I’m out money for oil change and need to part and to be put on scamming Marquis wanted to make extra money while they did a bad job

It was great, no pressure, good idea on life long warranty plan. However it is cost prohibitive for immediate emergencies. Friendly service. Thanks guy!

I came to get my brakes checked because the brake light was on. I worked with Marquise and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed me exactly what my car needed in great detail instead of just telling me which I really appreciated. I had such a great experience that I will be coming back for other repairs in a few weeks. Five stars!

I'm being generous with that star. My husband took his car to get his brakes changed & ended up with more than that. They broke parts of the car, had my husband pay for it on top of the 4 hour wait to get the car back. They should've admitted their incompetence as to having us pay a total of 400 bucks when it should've been only 200! Completely unprofessional. Don't bother wasting your time & money.smh.

Went there yesterday to get mt drums/rotors resurfaced again. Still drove off with sqealing rear breaks! They dnt take care of the problem correctly! They promised me I was gonna be ok when 20 mins later My car was having the same issues that was supposed to be fixed when I went in there! This location is something else! They dnt even tell me all the problems my car had! Went to another location & they helped me just fine! I regret going to the S loop location! I dnt recommend this location at all! I'm very disappointed!

Not the place to change your breaks, the good experience ends at the customer service. The shop broke a bracket on my brakes. They inform me it would be $60 to replace, ended up being an additional $150 to replace same day. Due to $60 part not arriving for 3 days. F###ed my day up. Save your money, $400 dollar brake change.

I came into the store today and was graciously meet by the manager, Marquise Sturgis and Gus Baldovino, CEO - they thoroughly inspected my vehicle and made recommendations in which I took full advantage of. They told me an estimated time to be done and they exceeded. I am so glad they are here at this location. I really enjoyed the experience and I will return whenever I need anything done to my vehicle.
