Russell is a good guy will work with you and give a honest assessment of what needs to be done. They gave me a ride to and from my apt when I had a few major repairs to current and older vehicle.

Arrived at when they opened to avoid spending 2 hours.

Unfortunately after a simple oil change and not aligning my car correctly…I was able to drive off.

A discount for the extra hour would have been a nice gesture…not

As soon as I pulled in, I was helped immediately. I just needed a new brake light and I was there for about 5 minutes. Everyone i spoke to on the phone and when I arrived was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back for any other services I need that they provide! So happy to have found them.

The Mechanics were professional knowledgeable and they work with me I had a particular situation that I wanted to get done and they made it work for me so much appreciated device from Brake Check, they will get my business from here on out

Great customer service in and out! Friendly staff! One thing I would mention is the person getting in and out of car should put paper Mats down or shoe covering left some shoe marks on carpet but was able to get the oil stains off…other then that GREAT!

The staff were very friendly, courteous and offered a great value for the service.

Well once again I trusted brake check and its crew With a high value high dollar repair and Russell, Chun, Steve, Tony and Amir all pull together to help me walk out of there happy spending 3 grand I'm a variety of repairs. Russell did whatever he could to make sure that things that didn't go perfect were resolved. Even if there is a situation at any time. I trust with confidence that they will resolve it which is critical when trying to maintain an older vehicle.

I had an appointment and felt like I was going to be a little late so I went and talked to the manager two hours before my appointment to let him know I may be running a little late because I was getting my tires balanced at Walmart. But a long story short I get there and he said I can get you in in 15 minutes that I would be the next car in so I left my car there and came back 2 hours later and my car was still in the same spot and it was only 2 cars in the stalls so I got my car and left.

Replaced a lug nut stud. Unexoectantly but they fixed it. Had to order parts so took a while but I'm blessed.

I’ve been going to brake check for a few years now and they’re always quick with my oil changes and the location off Ben white has a tech I haven’t seen, but she recently serviced my vehicle and my front bumper has seen better days, but was hanging off on one side. She quickly put a small zip tie to keep it from hanging so badly and that really meant the world to me. She didn’t tell me she did it or expected recognition. I wish I knew her name and she knew how much that really made my day and put a smile to my face when I got home and noticed my number in place. Thank you!

I’ve been here a more than a handful of times for my oil change and I’ll continue to come back. The staff here are incredibly friendly and efficient. Plus, after a four oil changes, the next one is on them!

I've been visiting this location for several years with no problems. I have multiple cars I let them work on and never had a major issue with their work. One mechanic will sit and personally tell you what can and can't be done and also whether or not you freaky need the repair right now or later. Will continue to use this location for oil and other services.

Thomas and all the employees went above and beyond, not just worh me, but with every customer that was there. I am so amazed at how amazing they were. They will get my business from this moment on even more so because of the way they handled all the customers today. Thank you guys for being amazing.
