Brake Check, Webster TX

I love this break check location. They are always so polite and take care of you just as quick as they can. I've been going there now for seven years and I will continue to keep going there.

Cannot say enough great things about this location. They were so friendly, professional and efficient. They were up front with all costs and I was able to follow their progress thru the link that was messaged to me. As a single woman, I feel I walk into these places looking like dollar signs and stupidity. These guys didn’t make me feel that way in the least and for that reason I am forever a customer.

I came in to have them replace the front brakes and rotors on my 2014 corolla. The service was great, they saved me some money by resurfacing the rotors for me which I appreciated but throwing in the rotors would have gotten you 5 stars ;) maybe next time. Only complaint was the 3 hours it took for them to complete the job but they did an awesome job and I’ll be returning for sure.

Got my brakes fixed at this location, who I interacted with was very professional and gave me an appropriate quote and an appropriate/accurate timeframe when asked. Would come back here again.

Was my first time going there and I met Vinny (he changed my oil) he was very nice, informative, professional and quick. I will be going back

The guys were very pleasant and informative. The only issue I have is my time is very valuable. I recieved a call that my vehicle was ready. When I arrived I had to press the break all the way to the floor to get it to stop. So they had to take it back in the garage and re-bleed it. I noticed they also removed the calipers and started that process again. I waited over an hour after arriving before it was ready. That after driving almost 30 minutes to get here and spending over $1000. I would have gave a 1 star if it weren't for the guys being very apologetic and sincere.

I only had enough money to get break pads. I knew this from the jump. I was ok with getting the estimates and supposed information but felt a little pushed to get more than what I came for.

Everything went very well but I noticed that there was grease in the passenger seat I didn't notice till I left! If you put plastic on the seats would definitely help I cleaned it myself when I got home but other than that I will return

The services I received at the Webster location was awesome! He explained everything to me but the one on Spencer highway didn't do anything they said the rotor was broken and I had to go back to the location who fix it before! So thank you to the Webster location

Paid $500 to get things fixed on my car before we moved out of the state. My brakes were still giving me issues and making weird noises that they weren’t making prior to coming to brake check. Called the store- there’s no brake check stores in CO- so they denied a refund and sent me to corporate. I’ve tried reaching corporate for over a month now and of course nobody will return my voicemails. I saw another car shop here in CO and had to purchase NEW brake pads that I had already purchased with brake check. Can’t reach anyone for a refund and they didn’t fix my car originally. When I called the store they were also incredibly rude. Please do not go here.

Super courteous employee and very knowledgeable. Explained everything and answered all our questions. Definitely going back if and when needed.

Took son's car in to have them check to see what needed servicing. They did a complete inspection and gave me the estimate. I was completely satisfied with their job. Courteous and efficient! Thank you!

Great service, very knowledgeable on service if you have any questions, friendly and a great place for oil change I only use brake check in whatever area I am.

Technician was very knowledgeable and did not take advantage of me, he explained everything completely would recommend this location to anyone!
