Love brake check lifetime alignment. Great convenience and value, but i wish they’d have called when they were done…

I was driving qson grinding brakes and my rotor was paper thin. They took me right in and finished the working one day. The guys were very helpful and explained everything so that I could understand. I hight recommend this place for brake service.

Anthony and the team were awesome! Explained steps in detail, made sure I was comfortable with what they were doing and with all my options. Would definitely come back.

I scheduled my car for an oil change, tire rotation and brakes inspection. They took care of what I needed done in a timely manner. I was expecting a longer service time since they had to replace my rotor and pads. Surprisingly, everything was done quickly and I didn’t have to wait too long to pick up my vehicle. Thank you so much for all your assistance and service. I recommend this facility for vehicle maintenance.

I never have an issue with the people. They are super friendly and are great explaining things. The last time I went, the guy and I drove around the block to make sure the brakes were ok. This time we didn’t do that and it’s been around 2 weeks and I hear a sound on the driver side that u didn’t hear before. I didn’t notice before because u can only hear it when the windows are down. I’ll be going back to have it checked.

Came in, they were busy with a car, but as soon as they were free I left em my keys and came back to get my car with no issues

Great speedy service every time and fair prices. I love the txt message updates and the fact that techs walk me to through all the issues visually before recommending work.

Made an appointment and did have to wait for a bit. HOWEVER, Considering there was only the manager and one technician, the customer service was AMAZING! I was given options and suggestions. They even stayed late to help me and another customer get back on the road safe.

Stay away from this place. My daughter scheduled had her oil changed and they completely messed up reinstalling the aluminum shield on the bottom of the car (it was dragging the ground after the oil change), which caused us to make a second trip. No apology or explanation. They also told her her “sensors” needed to be replaced, but no explanation of what sensor. Complete upsell scam on a single female.

Worst place to go. They lied about my lifetime warranty and wanted me to pay for their damages done to my rotors. And their wrench that was sitting on the lift fell and damaged my rim. I’m gonna file a complaint with their corporate office and if that dosent help I’m gonna contact the BBB.

Worst place to take your vehicle. They didn’t warranty my life time on the brakes and they damaged my rim. Their tool they were using fell and hit my rim. The manager there shouldn’t be working there. I’m gonna file a complaint with the BBB.

The guys at Brake Check saved the day! I didn’t realize how bad my brakes were until I was out of town with the family. We needed to get home but were legitimately concerned with the safety of the car. The guys at Brake Check got us right in, ordered the parts, and fixed the car within an hour! They were so helpful and awesome. I rarely ever write reviews but I’m so thankful for them, and want to sing their praises.
