Brake Check, Houston TX

I wouldn't go back to that location. The guy half way did the alignment in 5 minutes then told me they only adjust the front toe I had to argue with them to get the rest of the car in tolerance. He also bragged about being the best tech. He mentioned he wasn't pleased with me just looking through the glass watching him do the alignment. There is a big glass and chairs there for a reason. I usually don't go to this location but I happen to be in the area. But I'm pretty upset with my experience. I'm going to my usual place to make sure it was done properly. It was a complete waste of my time. I hope some kind action is taking with this guy. I feel bad for a customer who wouldn't know to point that out.

Great service and extremely professional management. Best place to get your brakes checked would not go anywhere else.

Always come here to get my brakes checked and as a younger women getting cars looked at alone is always tricky, but I never have any issues.

I have been in the champions locations because is close to home but they have not been doing a good job aligning my car. It cost me a new set of tires and I have to scone back and still they didn’t aligned my car correctly I have to go to the one in the woodlands where it seams to have mechanics who care an do a better job. This place is no good

Came in and quickly they got my vehicle in and then showed me all of the repairs it needed. They showed me the breakdown and also offered a type of payment plan that I have with Discount Tire and I could use that and it was fast the service.

Definitely will be my go to place for all my light maintenance needs! Good pricing, very friendly staff, and pretty quick service too. Wait time wasn’t that bad at all either

The guys there were very friendly and not pushy. Explained everything on my brakes conditions and did a quick repair even though the longest part of the wait was for them to get the parts but other than that pretty quick service with good pricing

Don’t go to this location they rush and do the work they forgot to put one of my nuts on my tires they also forgot to give me my tire key back definitely won’t go back! You will be upset!

If u are a black women don’t go here very disrespectful. Will put white ppl in front of you. Damage property and when I to came back to resolve it. I was called a liar and told by the manger I have something better to do. I will never go back.

I absolutely loved this shop. They walked me through everything to make sure I understood the services needed for my car and they fixed it for an affordable price.

Update: as soon as I left this place my car was making a clicking sound coming from the tires. I took it back 2 days later and they said they could see what the problem was; the hardware was sticking out and rubbing against something? They claimed they fixed it, I drove off and didnt hear it and then started hearing the sound again. Also, it’s only been about a month and my brakes are grinding again.

Romond and Dave were knowledgeable and friendly. Explained everything to me. Didn’t try to hassle me. Was in and out in about an hour. Would definitely recommend.

The only issue I had was no a/c in the lobby. It was hot in there.
