Brake Check, Harker Heights TX

Took to my truck to get my brakes fixed and I had a very good experience while checking in and during the whole process. The lead tech/supervisor was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The wait was reasonable for the amount of work that my truck needed. Shop and waiting area was clean and organized. Kudos for the smooth way all was done. Well run shop.

Excellent and qualified employees to do the job. I'll go back again for any brake work that needs to be done.

Customer service was great even though I didn't have an appointment. However this particular store does not accept cash. I personally chose not to do business with businesses that don't accept cash.even with the excellent service I received I won't be going back.

Marco is always very professional to work with. Working with him makes my process so smooth an appreciate the recommendations he provides on my car everytime. Will continue to use this shop for future dates. They quick on the oil changes and checking my breaks.

Awesome service. In and out for oil change in twenty minutes and only payed $60 with a $20 discount for first time oil change

Not the cheapest place around to get repairs, but they do have a lot of flexibility with scheduling so you can almost always get your car in. We paid $2,000 but did not get a total fix on all our brake issues (an additional issue came up after the work they did which meant we had to take it elsewhere to save money). Our original review was 1 star (due to some problems & frustrations we had) BUT I am updating it now because the owner contacted us to make it right, and they made good on that. I truly appreciate the extra steps they took to meet us in the middle.

Customer service here was fast. They were able to see me the same day and able to fix my wheel. They advised me of my options and was overall great service.

Got there 30 minutes before my appointment and they took care of my vehicle immediately. Didn’t have to wait till my appointment time. Great job keeping me informed of every detailed process of the alignment in my vehicle using my Cel, messages were coming to keep me informed. Thank you. Very friendly and professional. My appointment was at 11: 00. I was serviced at 1050 and out of their shop NLT 30 minutes. They ensured I was well informed of what issues were found and how they were fixed. I would highly recommend Brake Check for your vehicle service.
