Brake Check, Corpus Christi TX

They are very friendly but they did a terrible job on my truck. They left the vehicle in the on position and drained both of my batteries and now I’m having a lot of electrical issues and check engine light. There is also a rattling noise that they can’t seem to find that wasn’t there before. I will not be going back and I hope they will be fixing the issues that they caused and the inconvenience to me and my family.

The manager Raul and his team gives award winning customer service! Will definitely use them from here on out.

You can setup an appointment online, and get a price quote for the specific work you want done. They will do an inspection and show you on your vehicle what the brake pads, rotors, and other parts look like and let you know what they recommend. No pressure to do anything beyond what you think needs to be done.

I caught my brake pad wear early and there was no rotor damage. The pad clips were in good shape. They did recommend replacing the clips for about $40 and the hardware for about $40. No need for either of these at this time, just said no thanks.

Highly recommend this location I had both of our alignments done here, and got my oil changed today which is ideal because they give you a 50% discount every other one which is better than 'Take 5' who doesn't. Ask for the manager Raul, he really knows his stuff!

I took my jeep in because I was getting an ABS light come on randomly. Found out it was a speed senor and cassing
Was fixed in a couple of hours The store by the mall in Corpus Christi has very nice employees and the work was done in a very good timely manor. Would recommend them to family and friends Good job

Either they were overloaded with work or shorthanded that day. I waited two hours for an estimate. The staff is professional and courteous. Raul brought me into the work area, and I was allowed to see what the problem was of my vehicle. He explained the concern and how it can be repaired. He also explained what options and cost for each would be before allowing any repairs or replacements began. I will be returning.

Had my oil changed there and got a print out of a problem that needs fixing. Control arms to be exact. So took it back another time once I had money to fix. Was treated awesome by a guy named Raul, very professional and knowledgeable. Will be back for future visits. Keep up the good work guys.

Used them for over 3 years on multiple vehicles but today will be the last. Ripped my skid plate, didn’t say anything to me about it when I picked it up. Noticed it the next time I walked up to vehicle an hour later and immediately came back to brake check. I didn’t even have to say anything before they started making excuses claiming it was like that when it got there. No chance. Ford inspected it right after and said it absolutely was jerked on and that’s what caused the damage since the damage is on the back. Mistakes are fine, lying to my face isn’t. Don’t trust them.

Dropped car off before 4pm and had it back before 6pm. Great work, GreT people, Great job. Highly recommended! I am a repeat customer. Thanks!

First time coming here and will be coming back for all my brake/ oil needs! Everyone was super nice and friendly. Their prices are much more doable for a college student than other places… didn’t quite catch everyones name but they were all great!

It was a busy day when I went to Brake Check and they were able to help me out and even fit my budget. I needed a lot of work done on my brakes and they finished in a timely manner. Very satisfied customer. Thanks Chris
