I stopped by for an oil change, and I was greeted by a guy within seconds. He asked me what I needed done today and was very welcoming. I’ve never taken my own car in for maintenance as this is my first car. He help guide me through the process and explain it in details! I appreciate the time Tad spent teaching me about my first car! My father approved! We will be coming back!

My left front drivers side was making rough sounds. Brakecheck offers free inspections to see what's going on, so I got my brakes and rotors replaced. Clayton and his other techs were helpful and timely, thank you! Also thank you for being open on Sundays.

This is the 2nd time I’ve utilized Brake Check Boerne for alignment issues. They tweaked my F-150 last year and got my lady’s Jeep Compass back on track after an accident. Courteous & knowledgeable staff, timely service appointments. I’ll return for any alignment adjustments in the future. Thank you!

I went in without an appointment and they took me in straight away. Tad was informative and not pushy about replacing things, like other places. He was friendly and very quick, but efficient. I will absolutely come back because of his professionalism. Great job!

Tad, Steven, and Trey were all wonderful!
Called around 10am yesterday to see if I could get in last minute to get a new set of front rotors and pads for my Beetle; when I got there later in the afternoon after getting off of work I was helped immediately, Tad took the time to show me what was going on with my brakes without treating me like an idiot (which happens way too often as a female trying to get my car serviced), parts were replaced in a timely manner, and like the last time I was here they handled my car with care and respect which I’m so beyond thankful for. If I could give this location more than 5 stars I would; reliable and trustworthy!:)

Do not bring your vehicle here. They cracked my oil pan and now having to repair my vehicle on my own and get a rental. Epc light came on 3 hours after getting oil change and car started jerking. Turns out oil pan was cracked and all oil was leaked out. Extremely unresponsive and dodgey. Sketchy place. Juan the VP did not care what i had to say nor did he let me explain my situation. Reporting to BBB and hiring an attorney. Save your money and get a proper oil change else where or you will be in my situation or worse.

Had a caliper lock up on my truck took it in at 3: 30 they close at six they asked if I’d be willing to leave it over night since they were short staffed and only had two bay’s available so dropped it off signed up with there text app since they had the parts in stock they were able to fix my truck the same day in two and half hours and did an awesome job all the parts came with a life time warranty will definitely be bringing all my vehicles to the Boerne Brake Check from now on Thanks guys for getting my truck out quickly.

The staff were professional and quick with fixing my brakes. I'll definately come here again for my next brake check.

I had a great experience at Brake Check in Boerne. The website was easy to schedule an appointment and receive and estimate, the staff was very friendly and had excellent communication, and the process could not have been more transparent and smooth. They did exactly what they said they would do for the quoted online price. Would highly recommend
