Had an appointment at 9am and my car didn't get in until 9: 30am lazy people don't care for your time thats why people make appointment cuz they don't have time to sit and wait untill they want to put ur car inside

The people I interacted with were really nice but, I waited an hour and 40 minutes to find out they couldn’t do an alignment on my car because it had cameras that they couldn’t recalibrate. This should be a qualifying question when you walk in the door…I waited that time outside in the cold wind because they had a plug-in fragrance that is still hurting me hours later.
Beware if your car is newer with cameras, if you have asthma or are sensitive to synthetic fragrances.

General Manager Chris provided great customer service. When I brought my car in he explained what was needed in great detail. My car is back to running normal again.

The Rockwall location of Brakes Plus is phenomenal. Everyone is kind and helpful and never pushy. I have had my car serviced here since 2022, including oil changes and brake work and I have been satisfied with every service. Highly recommend.

Recently took my girlfriend’s car here to get checked out after it started having a grinding metal noise. We were able to drop it off and have it fixed in the same day with no appointment. While brake jobs are never cheap the prices were reasonable compared to work she had done in the past. Great experience overall!

Ashley was amazing! The wait was comfortable and exactly the time period given when arrived. Brakes plus is a reliable place for oil changes and basic services.

I waited for quite some time for a simple inspection. Another fellow awaiting said he was 4.5 hrs. They set his vehicle to a drop off status so assumed they had all day.
I did get my inspection. Don't be in a hurry

Above and beyond customer service. Reasonable price and taking the time to explain what's going on and why. I was treated and talked to with respect. PERIOD! I love Brakes Plus and always have a great experience there. Friday morning I didn’t have an appointment and I needed a Texas Vehicle Inspection. Chris greeted me with kindness, got me right in, they completed the inspection in less than an hour, and I was able to pay with cash. Chris and I chuckled that making change is “becoming a lost art. ” I appreciate their friendly service and low wait times; I highly recommend!

Very kind, professional, each time I have went to Brake plus in Rockwall on goliad &yellow jacket, it has always been a good experience, they show you everything & explain what’s going on if it’s more needed than what you came to get repaired. They do what they can for you, in my case this time Ashley was working with me, I didn’t have the total amount to complete my car repair, so to get me back on the road they repaired enough that I could get on my way and come back to finish the other repair work within 90 days or less. I was beyond grateful because I needed to be able to drive my vehicle safely. Thank you all at Brake Plus.
