3Couple weeks ago I was about to give them a 5star rating BUT I had to come back because 1 tire was causing some issues, since there was a warranty on it and I had the receipt I thought it wouldn't be an issue. Wrong! They told me they don't have the guys to fix it and they don't have the equipment anymore. BE AWARE PLS don't recommend at all!
Friendly service, very attentive to my needs. Would recommend 100%. Bought 4 tires for a work truck. Good pricing.
Went to get my lug nuts checked because they were loose. The guy says my suspension is bad I told him I went to Joe's underbody on Texas an institution on brakes suspension's cv joints etc. So he starts trying to loosen the lugs stops suddenly and says these lugs are stripped. I told him it's okay. I asked him wouldn't it be better if you lift the car? He laughs and says no he's been doing that for 25 years. So I ask are you removing them? He says no I say I thought you had 25 years experience. He says it's your attitude I don't want to deal with. I say okay drive off to a little tire shop by Hercules and Gateway S. (Northeast Tire Solutions) The first thing they do is lift the car. They loosen the lugs easily. They weren't stripped. Excuse my bad attitude and his 25 years experience down the tubes. Lol
