I've been doing business with Dale Byars and BrandJunkie for several years now. I can honestly say the quality of their work and their attention to detail is by far FIRST CLASS! They have outstanding service as well and are very responsive to the customer. I'm Business Development in the oilfield and work directly with the customers and prospects daily. The brand of "swag" I hand out is BrandJunkie!

I've worked with Brand Junkie for 5 years with my current construction business and previous oil and gas company. Brand Junkie has really come through for me with rush orders, custom designs and impeccable quality. The service and creativity is top notch. I'd recommend them to any small, medium or large corporation.

I came to them with a very ridiculous request that I fully expected them to laugh at me with the timeline. Natalie responded to my email within just a few minutes of sending- not only did she not laugh at me but she got my order done! It is a breath of fresh air to see customer service like this, I will definitely be using them again and be recommending them.

I'm writing a review after waiting a couple of months to get a call from management. We ordered a couple of products. We are happy with the products but we are not happy with the management and the representative that helps us. Communication was terrible. No quote number, no order number. I called a couple of times no call back at all. I ordered some jackets from them we still don't have an update on the order and I don't they place the order. I don't think I will be doing business with them again.

In each experience, the staff has taken the time to answer our questions and make great recommendations on what products and goods work for our company. I have been working with BrandJunkie for many years. We have partnered with them on several projects with great success. I trust them completely with all of my clients. Yes, there have been some supply chain challenges with getting some type of items, but, they always come back and suggest others. They are my sole source for all products.

The slowest experience I've ever had to get a company t-shirt made. 3+ months for a t-shirt to be made?

Their estimated ship date will be ~7 days out, but it won't actually ship for MONTHS. They don't respond to email contact about the ridiculousness of this either.

Product and ownership is very out of hand. Owner does not know how to own a business. He goes into the business next door and yells at employees for doing their job and fires them because they are defending themselves. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO BRAND JUNKIE FOR “PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS” OR GOING TO MAIN SQUEEZE CYPRESS if the owner mark is there. You will have a terrible experience along with the employees working at main squeeze have no more than 2 months experience with one being a minor still trying to claim he is manager and telling others what to do when he doesn’t do his job correctly. 0/10 recommended.

Just got our new hats today. They are great. We get our shirts from them and all our stationary too. Best no hassle company I have ever dealt with. Awesome, keep up the great work.

Sturdy and compact, these are a mandatory piece of equipment at all of our events. At each event, we are constantly being asked where we purchased our canopies. We are proud to let everyone that asks about your company. We feel that using these coverings, our “curb appeal” is so much better than in the past.
