I have never been so disappointed. I have taken over 12 of my scrub tops to be embroidered there, ALWAYS with same color thread, font, and placement of right upper chest. This last order, I left seven FIGS scrub tops. I did not ask for the order to be expedited or rushed. I was so happy to pick up my scrubs, excited to wear new colors at clinic. To my surprise ALL SEVEN TOPS had the placement on the left upper chest. After reviewing that my invoice did have the correct order, I contacted the store. Unfortunately, Nicole told me that they could only refund the money for the service. What about the $250 worth of scrubs? I have referred many colleagues and friends here…. NOT ANYMORE.
