Obi Ezeh was amazing during out decision to shop for our Subaru. Gave us enough details to get started and let us experience the car ourselves. He also answered any questions we had while entertaining our 10 year old during the test drive. Last summer my college age daughter was in the market for a car. We decided on a Subaru because of the excellent safety record. We worked with Obiora Ezeh. They wouldn’t give me a loaner for 2 major repairs until they could “diagnose the vehicle”. This is after they replaced the engine in my 2019 Subaru BRZ 2 weeks ago. I called the Plano Subaru dealer and they scheduled service and provided a loaner without any trouble at all. We won’t be back to Brandon Times Subaru!

We had a good experience working with Clay at Brandon Tomes Subaru! He listened to our needs, was honest with us and was customer service oriented. The managers we met were also really nice and customer oriented.

We got a GREAT deal on a used car through them, no haggling or fighting. It was priced competitively. There was a fee (about $1,000) on top of the normal, expected fees. Clay explained that fee was standard there for all used cars to prepare them for sale, do the maintenance, detailing and any repairs. Even with the unexpected fee the price of the car was still too good to pass up.

Our experience with the finance advisor wasn’t bad but we did have to correct a few errors. The information loaded into the system wasn’t correct and it took a minute to sort out. But ultimately we left happy with our loan and payments.

I would absolutely recommend Brandon Tomes Subaru to anyone looking for a vehicle. I would highly suggest asking for Clay if you would like a nice and honest experience!

Obi Ezeh is the man! I told him what I wanted before coming in, he had it ready, went over every feature to make sure I knew what I was getting, did NOT try to upsell anything! I got the vehicle for the price I wanted and it was so easy! I would definitely recommend the dealership, but especially Obi!

Oil change and cabin air filter replaced for $158 on a CrossTrek. They took advantage of my wife because she doesn't understand car stuff. The filter is $13 on Amazon. They charged $60 + $13 in misc fees. Last time I buy a car or get service from them! And someone wiped their grimmy dirty hands on the white headliner, which is probably permanently stained. Completely unprofessional! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

We went to get a pre owned car. We told the guys what we wanted and they took fantastic care of us.several of the sales guys were great but we were taken care of by curtis and he new his stuff. He is a car guy kinda guy.he had tons of stuff in memory and knew a lot about all kinds of cars. Ask for curtis when you go. He is awesome.

This is a great dealership. A family owned is always a plus. It helps you know you are not getting screwed by corporates. Anyways, the sales associates are very nice people. They will *not do anything to sell you a car which I liked. Honest salesmen through and through. Gave me the best deal and I am satisfied.
