Brandy Melville, Southlake TX

I went on black Friday so the place was very busy. The workers are so nice and the place was neat and nicely folded. Even the customers I bumped into were very kind and apologetic.

Dropped by yesterday, drive an hour to actually go to a brandy store once i walked in i felt awkward and uneasy.not because of workers, some did make me feel uneasy but because of the costumers. I got a fitting room and they did take my bag which is fine but left it out where anyone could grab. The blond haired (i believe) girl with a pink sweatshirt and a bubble braid that checked my stuff out was the best.she told me i could take as many stickers and pins as i liked. I would definitely come back.just some workers (other than the kind girl) and costumers who judged other people out loud in the store made me feel not welcomed.

Me and my friend were racially profiled and they unwarrantedly went through our bags to find nothing, there were around 10 other teenagers in the store who were left unbothered, but strangely me and my friend (hispanic) get harassed, followed and forced to show them our purses

I absolutely love this store, everything is so neat and tidy, the workers are insanely kind and they have tons of clothing options

I shop there frequently, and a very sweet young lady named Dakota is always there to help. I shop alot and Its nice when you can go into a store and receive such professionalism and knowledge from such a young adult. I always feel welcome and look forward to seeing her charming smile. Most of the employees there are not so attentive and caring. Brandy is lucky to have such a fabulous employee.

Yes, the brand is very inclusive but the employees here were nicer than the other two i’ve went to (honolulu n houston). I went here on a monday so it wasn’t that busy, the store was surprisingly pretty big.they didn’t really have much as expected, but i recommend coming here!

Very disappointed in the quality of these clothes for the price: one piece had a huge oil stain on the pant that we didn’t notice and then when we put on the pants the button literally fell off with a hole. It looks like it was stitched back on and had been returned. My daughter is very small. Will never shop there again. Spent over $300.

Employees were very greeting and happy to help but if you're shopping here PLEASE learn some manners. A simple "excuse me" or "pardon me" isn't hard to say.
Also the fitting room situation was a bit confusing.

Employees were super sweet! The store was STOCKED! They had so many southlake/texas/fort worth exclusive tops.the tables were literally FULL of so many products, i’ve never been to a brandy with so much stock.it was so clean and organized and i enjoyed my experience

Bad customer service, some girls seemed sweet others didn’t care.had to wander around to figure out changing room situation. I thought brandy having bad customer service was a joke but it is not lol
