I needed to get in pretty quickly and Trisha was the only one with availability since she just started here about 3 weeks ago, but she’s definitely not new to the industry and I’m sure it will be a lot harder to get in with her soon. I got a balayage and a pretty dramatically different cut (risky since I’d never been to her before). She did an amazing job at both - the color is absolutely perfect and the cut is so fun and just what I was hoping for. Thanks Trisha!

This was my first time at the salon, and what a wonderful environment. Kristin is friendly and a great hair stylist and conversationalist. I spent 5 hours in the salon and it felt like I was there for an hour and a half! My hair looks exceptional. I will definitely be going back.

Brittany is the best! The salon is comfortable, fun, and easygoing. Women who support each other. Went through a few salons when I first moved here and third time was a charm. Been going here now for years and recommend them to all. Great mix of services as well. Go!

Jess is the BEST! She has fixed my hair multiple times and it was not an easy task. She puts the health of your hair first while still trying to achieve your vivid hair color goals.

Brittany is a very talented hairstylist. She always suggests beautiful haircuts & does a fabulous job covering up my gray hair with styles that suite my facial features. I always get compliments. I got my 24” weft hair extensions installed today by Ashley and I can HONESTLY tell you I was blown away! She’s very professional, honest, knowledgable, communicative, hardworking, dedicated and sweet. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable about the whole process. The decor of the salon was beautiful, the other stylists were welcoming and the salon was very clean/organized. I could tell how passionate she was about her work and that really sealed it for me. She took the time to make sure every inch of my extensions were perfect and I definitely feel like a whole new person (and got a huge confidence boost due to Ashley’s beautiful work)! It was 150% worth it and I’ll never go to anyone else! She’s my new fav for sure, 5 stars! Thank you so much Ashley!

I love working with Jess for all my hair color visions! She’s so kind and understanding and chair conversation is easy with her. I moved to Austin nearly a year ago and it can be daunting finding a new go-to hair salon but I finally found it with BrAsh Haus. I’ve only been to Jess, but all the other girls do an amazing job too just by watching when I’m getting my hair done. The location is easy to get to for me and in a quiet location and a plus is you don’t have to trek Downtown.

I started going here since moving to Austin and was nervous about trying somewhere new. The space feels really luxurious and the staff is super nice! I go to Ashley and have gone to Kristen- they’re the best hairstylists ever! I absolutely judge a salon by its scalp massage (I’m a simple girl who only ever gets a wash and a cut). Stephanie gave such a great scalp massage that even if the haircut wasn’t good, I still would have gone back. Instead, she also did a fantastic job with my haircut, too. Highly recommend!
