Brasserie Du Parc reviews
18Had some steak and mussels, all delicious.the service is top notch, very clean and the view on the park is great.the meat board was so good.i wanted to try everything on the menu so i will have to come back
The worst service I have ever had.the food was cold.they kept pouring water into our drinks over and over even when asked them to stop. I should have went to vic and Anthony's restaurant.salt grass would of been better.don't come her ever.and they charged us for stuff we didn't ask for.the worst part is they ruined our engagement dinner and then would not take off the things off the bill that we didn't eat or drink. I will never hear the end of this. I'm so embarrassed and we left still hungry.
We had the best birthday celebration for our friends at Cafe du Parc! The escargot was great and we really enjoyed the baked oysters. We sat at the bar and had impeccable service.
After 90 minutes of waiting we never got our dinner and gave up. We were going to a show and made reservations for 3 two hours before and never received our food. Beware!
The restaurant read French but the menu did not. It was tasty but pricey. We had trouble finding a parking spot and my glass was empty most of the night.
Of all the 2022 Houston Restaurant Weeks I investigated this year, this was in the top 3, and will come back to dine soon.
Great experience here! Very nice place to get dinner. Great location being located across from Discovery Green park, food was amazing and came out quickly. While I was here, I ordered a three course meal. First course was French onion soup, main course was filet mignon and lastly the crème brule. Everything was so delicious and I highly recommend this place to others.
My wife and I had dinner here for the first time. The service was excellent and the food was amazing! We started with the mushroom ravioli, then my wife ordered the shrimp risotto while I ordered the rack of lamb. We finished the night with vanilla creme brulee and pistachio panna cotta. Everything was delicious and we definitely plan on returning!
Did not enjoy the salmon crepe at all. The salmon, cream cheese, and pickled red onion turned out to be a terrible combination. Would not go again.
Open Table reservation for dinner while in Downtown Houston for the Rotary Convention. Wonderful service from Caroline. Steak au Poivre medium rare with frites. Nice bistro atmosphere. Nice menu and wine list. Highly recommend.
My boyfriend and i came here for a date and it was amazing! Service was exceptional and the food was delicious.we ordered the mushroom ravioli and french onion soup for appetizers, the duck confit and short rib for the entrees, and the souflee crepe for dessert. 10/10 would definitely come here again
I love Brasserie Du Parc - true French food in Houston. The food is tasty and comforting. Something about Brasserie Du Parc is nostalgic to me and it never disappoints to brighten my mood.
Food is good, the setting feels quite bistro like, and the noise level is mercifully low. Service is excellent-prompt and attentive (better than what I used to get at the Four Seasons). Prices are appropriate for the experience delivered. Special note: the maitre d' ran down the street after us when we left, as we had walked out while leaving behind my guest's airbuds container. Pretty impressive service quotient.
Very friendly staff! We ordered mimosas, chicken and waffles, and the Nutella crepes. We would definitely dine here again!
My wife and I made a reservation last week for Friday evening. We showed up early and were graciously seated with no issues. Our server Carolina was great. She was professional and very attentive without being intrusive. Food was delicious. In particular the mushroom stuffed ravioli and seafood risotto we amazing. Highly recommend if you are in downtown Houston.
Very well located…facing Houston discovery green park. This French brasserie is a great place to discover the real French cuisine. Great choice of typical recipes…Like the escargots, the duck, onion soup or crème brûlée. Prix reasonable and 5 stars service.
Mother’s Day and my thoughtful kids made a reservation knowing I have a seafood allergy. Verified could choose off the menu. Apparently the restaurant changed their mind and said they left a message. Kids were at a wedding and did not get that last minute notice. No attempts at the restaurant to accommodate us other than I could order a steak-no thank you at 10: 00 am. Hopefully the manager treats his own mother with some respect.
