Every place in town was out of the items I needed thank God that our neighborhood BRAUMS on Hulen came through 5 star no 10 from me, and the ice cream is always good

They didn't have everything that I needed. But I understand and appreciate them working to provide options and the line was long, but fast.

Fast, friendly service! Excellent burgers and the best priced chicken strip dinner in town. I also like the fact you can get either a shake or a soda.

Always a great place to eat iceream when they gey the order correct through the drive through and the burgers be a lil dry towards closing time so come before 9: 45 pm

Clean, polite, well stocked, moderate priced. Once I got home, my yogurt ice cream was well worth the effort. Delish!

Burger was not fresh.
Restrooms were nasty, outdated and in disrepair.
Restaurant not Covid clean.
Will not return to this location.

I usually go during the busy times, but I enjoy going a anyway. I grab a bag of burgers and sometimes other things. I can't stay long because it gets so busy and noisey, but that isn't staff's fault as they are quick, it's more of a testament to how well this Braums does their jobs. They are busy, because they are good. It's usually clean here, and grocery product is fresh.

The young lady that took our order in the drive thru was very accurate & friendly & to top it off, our food was so fresh & delicious!

Best cookie dough ice cream I have ever tasted. Wish the staff would be consistent on scoop size. Every time its different.

I've been here twice today was my second time don't think I will be back order #2 each time without the Braun's sauce each time my burger was so dry I couldn't eat it and what lil I did eat had me sick throwing up everywhere so I want be back.

The burger I had was fresh and the fries were good but daughter (14) raves about how delicious her ice cream was and the choices to add in made it more amazing. We definitely have to go back so I can try the ice cream options and there was a chicken sandwich I'm looking forward to tasting also.

I went to Braums this morning and it was stuffed with cream cheese and strawberry cream cheese the bagel looked old and disgusting

This place is horrible, we had 5 coupons and they gave us 4 and we said no we have 5 five then they tried to have an argument with us and they realized we were right.

Sitting here in the drive thru and they have let 5 cars go. They said they are waiting on Fries? And you got my order wrong after coming home and discovering what was in my bag.

Least helpful customer service EVER. Train your employees.for the love.
Never had issues with the food but the people make you not want to come back ever. I avoid this location for that specific reason.

Got a nice greeting when I first entered, Location was mainly clean, and the service was quick. Recommended time to come and dine, before rush hour; its cleaner and faster

Their small shakes or malts have 21 grams of protein. Friends have told me their milk is really good and they have like a little Mini Mart grocery inside.

100% on employee customer service. 100% on grocery prices and quality. 100% on flavor of ice cream. Spent $20.00 on groceries and received a free pizza. (Memorial weekend only).
