Braum's Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant, Mesquite TX

At the first moment you arrive in this restaurant the waiters give you an agreeable feeling. Very warm stuff, it is a kind restaurant to go out with friends or with your date.delicious food, specialist chef de cuisine, honest cost and generous service. Highly recommended.

I got the vanilla milkshake and some fries. It was really good. Next time I checkout the items they have from Braums, like the half carton of their delicious orange juice. It's better then McDonald's orange juice.

This is my go to for ice cream. They are always busy, friendly and very fast service. U go Braums! The only flaw that I have is. I'm addicted!

Service is extremely fast even when busy. People that work here truly seem to like thier job. I make the drive to come here. Well worth it.

This is by far the worst meal I have ever ordered. The grilled chicken sandwich was so rubbery and wasn't even large enough to cover the bun. Bacon was burnt so my guest was unable to eat his burger. The chili didn't have any meat in it. Very disappointing Braums use to be ready good.

It was super busy and it was a mad house. No organization so we were skipped. Every employee we came in contact there was either rude or dry. Then when I finally recieved my icecream (in its container) it was messy and got syrup all over my hands and shirt. People were parking in random places making it difficult to leave. The only good thing was that the building looked new. So definitely not worth another visit from me.

Good ice cream, yummy ice cream, reasonable prices, and decent customer service. The burgers are pretty good as well. Some of my favorites are their fries, cherry limeade, brownie fudge sundae, and sherbet freezes.

The drive thru line tends to be occupied with multiple cars most times I go, so I usually go inside the store to order. The drive thru line is long most of the time when it’s warm/hot outside aka ice cream weather. Ice cream flavors also rotate by season. I do wish they would use more natural flavors and less preservatives/chemicals.

They put effort into keeping track of orders put not much into the food itself. I ordered a butterfinger cup snack and many orders for my big family since not many of them spoke english, they only sprinkled the shreds on top, while it's empty vanilla the rest of the way down, the fast food is made okay, but I guess I just didn't have the appetite I had when I first walked in.

Horrible! Spent 14$ on to meals. Lettuce was old bread was soggy and fries were cold and thrown in the bag! The soda was halfway full and flat as he##! Seriously if you don't like your job you lazy kids get a new one! That n.s never again will go there

I and a friend went to get the candy sundaes and both orders were messed up the ice cream was melted it was the worst and I am a huge Braum's fan but not this go around. I was so disappointed.

It was okay, no worse for wear. I did, though, like the appearance on the in & outside. It's very spacious on the inside.

This braums is absolutely trash in my opinion; go to a different location if you can and save yourself, plus the drive thru line is always way too long. I ordered a shake and they claim they don’t have the flavor yet don’t tell me until after I pay and get to the window. They hand me a sundae instead.that’s not what i ordered at all? ! Why not tell me you don’t have the flavor when i’m ordering so i can order something different BEFORE i pay.educate your drive thru workers, they clearly need better training. Only gave one star because i can’t give ZERO!

I bought the Aloha burger. The spinach was wilted from the heat and the bun very soggy. Taste was wonderful but couldn't get past the soggy bun.

Great burgers and fries are good. Only reason they aren't getting 5 stars is because the fries aren't fresh very often.

I always visited this place before. But when i visited last month. I dont think i was treated like A person. I felt i was treated like an order and needs to be done.

Good food at good prices! Ordered a mustard burger & Limeade with cherry. Got a mayo burger & no cherry in my Limeade.

I love Braums burgers and sundaes. Sometimes you get friendly service and other times you don't.

Dirty sitting area, the young lady who served us our Ice Cream showed by her body language she did not want to be there. When we thanked her, she didn't even acknowledge our gratitude.

This place is amazing! They have Burgers, fries, soft drinks and best of all, ice cream and Shakes! They have I think 12 flavors mint chocolate chip is my favorite, it is the bomb! But they also have the original chocolate vanilla and strawberry, and special birthday cake and as I said mint chocolate chip! I love this place more than ice cream itself!: -P

Best and delicious burger fries and shake for the best price and of course the most tasty ice creams. They also have the burger made just as it looks on the ad.
