Braum's Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant, Allen TX

The drive thru line was ridiculous but the food was good. We committed and promised "batman" ice cream so there was no turning back but I considered it several times. The staff was really friendly even though I'm sure it was stressful. We were just passing thru so it might not be like that all the time.

Braum's is true gem of a place in the Texas - Oklahoma area. Good food, great ice cream at great prices and a fresh market area in one place. Continue doing a great job!

Food was decent. Wait for 2 #1 combos was ridiculous. 8 cars came & went in the drive thru while waiting for food to be prepared and the burger was cold by the time we got home.

Great ice cream, never been a fan of the food, but gave it 3 stars as the place is always a mess, needs a refresh on the decor and really a good manager would help with service and food.

Got Banana split from their Drive thru. Wasn't really happy.
1st off the lady forgot to give me a spoon I had to remind her
2nd In-comparison to there other stores have better serving size

I love their burgers and drinks there.and cause of covid its not really crowded if u plan on going inside to order.customer service is also good.theres fries, milkshakes, combos and a lot of different options to choose from

Yummy tasting ice cream! Customer service needs an improvement.unless you want to go through the drive thru and be plainly and rudely ignored.to go orders taken inside is alright.

Typical Braun's establishment - a little bit of everything, limited choices for ice-cream but the latter is good value for money.

Some of the best milk you can get. It's cheap. Always on sale. It also is from cows that are not hormone tested. Stop it's good milk. I make yogurt from this milk too and it sets really nice curds

Your average Braum's experience. Not much else to say. It can get real crowded sometimes, other than that it's alright.

Good food & staff was friendly when engaged. I have noticed that it can be a little dirty in here at times. Paying attention too that is important! Overall, of course I'll be back!

I ordered a brownie fudge sundae and the girls made it so messy it looked like overflowed trash can. Then I told her to make new and she got so pissed that she threw the sundae across the kitchen behind the counter to trash can. Really bad customer service. Don't go here. Save your time and money.

If you’re not eating Blue Bell then you should be eating Braum’s ice cream. If there’s a line it’s worth the wait. Been going here for 15 years.

The food is always amazing! The customer service in the drive-thru could use some improvement, but overall a good experience when I visit.

My Sundau might have been enjoyable if it wasn’t flooded in chololate suyrup. I couldn’t even find my ice cream or brownie. There is no need to over do it. Keep it simple and delicious.

Asked for a bacon cheeseburger. Girl at the counter read it back to me and some how still ended up with the completely wrong order. Also burger was still cold in the middle.

First visit and loved it! The ice cream was priced right and substantial. The staff was friendly, the space clean and bright.
Grocery space had staples as well as fresh food.

A mix between fast food and a grocery store. The burgers and ice cream are decent and you can also get the basic items (bread, milk, fruit, cold cuts, etc.), without making a separate trip to a Walmart

Good place for small bites, to go orders.
Brains milk is well known and best quality without mixing of any chemicals and harmonies.

One of the few classic ice cream parlors that is still around and about. They were very kind and good staff but the reason of my four stars is because they need more staff. They only had one person trying to scoop ice cream for a huge line and make everyone satisfied with their order. More staff would give them a five star but until then my case is rested. I still recommend coming here to eat though it is very good.
