Braum's Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant, Dallas TX

Awesome food! Some of the younger employees were a bit off-putting because they seemed like they didn't want to be there, but that was my only issue.

Food good.customer service poor, not to friendly. A little slow getting order.need more food line workers.

Burger was very good, but I paid for a large meal and got a small fry and a medium cup.

So I won’t be coming back to this location. My guess is the manager is cutting corners to expand the margins a bit, since the actual front end employees were friendly and courteous.

The ice cream is good and they also offer bread, milk, and frozen food items to go. I noticed that their ice cream weight went from half a gallon down to 3 pints
It seems everything is shrinking these days.

This Braum's is cheap. I bought a half gallon of OJ here, asked for a cup, and they gave me a water cup. I bought breakfast here. Then I bought a float, asked for another cup, so my soda didn't get completely diluted from the ice cream. They acted like it was a chore. I then bought a large chili. Afterwards, I bought a half gallon of milk, asked for a small cup, and the manager came over and yelled at the employee who gave me one. Of all the things I bought here today, they act like it's a burden to give me three cups. This store doesn't understand customer service, and I won't be back to this location. What horrid management here!

Pretty much your basic run of the mill Braums, the one bad thing about this location is that if you are buying anything other than the dine in food you will be waiting, as they never have anyone on the register that is by their produce. Other than that, they're friendly enough.

Yummy in my tummy. I ordered #1 with vanilla shake. Enjoyed the meal. It depends what time you go to the store to eat. So, I opted for the drive thru. The French fries were fresh and smooth as well.

Love Love me some Braums, only in Dallas need to open a few stores in Lytle TX and south San Antonio. Great food and ICE CREAM!

Love having them in Lake Highlands south of Forest Lane on Greenville Avenue. Ice cream cone for grandson on this visit, and picked up a loaf of their great raisin bread!

It's a local/regional company that I like to support instead of the big food chains. The food is good and I like that there is a mini grocery store there too in case I need to pick something up.

Got their Ice Cream and honestly it's pretty good. I got the oreo and cream double scoop for a little less than $2 and I can say I was satisfied especially in the hot dry Texas heat. It was in and out within 5 minutes so fast, good service.

Service was very great & fast as well. Young lady helping was very very friendly to us.thank you for your service & keep up the great service!

Made fresh. Fresh French Fries. Crushed ice
Plenty of tables and booths. Clean.

I love Braums and tbey are always on point at this location.except for tonight! Gave me soft serve instead of regular vanilla ice cream. They made it right and fixed it immediately. Thanks guys! Make sure you try their cherry limeade!

Fresh market goods great value. In and out with milk OJ Great Pie, ice cream, all milk products like butter, cottage cheese, pimento cheese, eggs, best Bacon, produce. Fast shopping of quality products.

I liked ice cream variety and the business hour that you can go and enjoy your time even late at night.

Limeade is awesome! Burgers are decent. Breakfast is awesome, especially the sausage biscuit bag.

I love that this place let's people sleep in the booths and walk around using foul language loud enough to hear on the other side of the store while mine and other kids are here and can clearly hear the language. I will not be coming back. There are many other options for ice cream.

Not near as clean as it used to be. Not enough employees and long wait. Not to mention the huge waterbug cockroach crawling across the floor. Very disappointing.

Of course you can never go wrong with braums bc of the ice cream nd shake selections however if you go nd the workers are unpleasant then you will always remember that experience.well I dnt hve 2 worry about that here! This braums was phenomenal at making sure we were happy w everything. Thank you Braums! We will be bak!
