Braum's Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant, Arlington TX

Very fresh and great food, just yesterday 218/21 was angry no burgers, but it was because of the weather, and they could not get nothing delivered

One of the only places open during the ice-apocalypse we just went through. All the employees are polite and never mess up an order.

Stopped in to get a couple grocery items vs going to grocery store. Prices fit grocery items are outrageous. Ice cream was on sale.all types. Customer service was nice for a change. Older gentlemen who recently started working there after retiring. Very pleasant. Makes it more tolerable when you're spending your monies and feeling appreciated and acknowledged.

They did not have items in stock for the foods they were promoting. Bad planning is not acceptable. They have been in the neiborhood too long not to know how to plan.

Helpful staff when trying a few samples of ice cream. I've been here before and generally enjoy the ice cream and location. Would go again.

Pretty good burgers served with crinkle fries. They offer hand spun milkshakes made from real ice cream along with ice cream by itself. Basically a traditional ice cream parlor combined with a burger grill and mini groceey mart.

They are known for their good ice cream, but their burgers are even better. The service was great as well.

Probably all those reviews are fake. (The employees do them)
There food made me sick. Don't chance it. Or chance it and get sick too

So dark and greyish decorations.
Its like hunted houses.
Beside that, there was s strong smell of bleach was all over place. That makes hard to breathe.
Ice cream wasn't good.
Didn't try food, and never will.

It was good food but the lady at the window just did not listen to our requests and therefore our order was wrong

Edit: it's very disappointing that the "ice cream mix" should be renamed "ice cream with tiny bit of candy on top" like come on.

Good location, they take order carefully and try to get things right the first time.

I have been coming here more often. I love there prices and the quality of service. Great small trip for some great desert.

On two different orders the cashier forgot items and served ice cream in a dirty cup and when I asked for a new cup and ice cream he seemed annoyed and asked if I got it dirty.

Braums is and has always been the go to spot for me and my hungry bunch! Their ice cream unlike others who I won't name never lets us down! And you just can't beat their amazing 2 for $6 deal! Wherever we move we always make sure there's a Braums in the area

Won't go back. Wife and I have been here a few times over the years and generally had 4-star experiences. This visit just did us in, though. Wife's chicken salad was comprised almost entirely of white, iceberg lettuce, which is also what they used on my burger. Fries were lukewarm and overcooked.

Braums is the best. They are the classic first high schoolers job. The leadership being taught at this Braum's is well appreciated. The employees are kind ready to serve and work very well with each other. The ice cream an food are good and the tables are clean. Great job to all Braum's employees

Not as good as usual, and we were extremely disappointed when they didn’t serve lunch around 9-10 am.

Not bad. I just wish that they had Butter Brickle year round. Twice I ordered Butter Brickle and was given Hershey's Gold. Although it was an error, not bad. Months later I ended up buying the big container so that family could enjoy for my birthday.

I really like their ice cream selection.

Even though the have frozen yogurt sugar free frozen yogurt and sherbet.

I prefer their awesome ice cream

After waiting 30 minutes to get an ice cream cone, saw a big and the register, killed it, and the guy was like "I'll tell my manager. " in a whatever tone. Will NEVER eat at that location again. EVER
