Braum's Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant, McKinney TX

Delicious food! One of few restaurants open during the winter storm. Thank you everyone working during this time!

Had breakfast there March 21 21. Ordered the breakfast burritos and 1 sausage and cheese biscuit. Almost 30 min later they brought our food apologized for the wait. I can understand that. The burritos had almost no sausage and lots of onions. Some had just a few crumbs of sausage. I am not stretching the truth at all. Too much onion. I ate one and paying for it.

I tried the mint chocolate chip ice cream in a scoop last time I went and it was the best I've ever had. The chocolate chunks were little but many and the mint wasnt too strong a flavor like bluebell.
The best part about it was I was able to go back the next day and get a tub of it!
They also let you try flavors they have for serving, so I was able to decide to taste another flavor before buying a big tub of it.

First time coming here since we moved from California 1wk ago and this place is clean amd cheap so a definite

First job as a teenager, years and years ago. And the burgers, floats and orange soda are still the best

My all time fave is Rocky Road.none other compares. Love their crinkle cut fries too. Everything is yummy actually. Love their grocery markets.

Good staff, Chicken sandwiches slightly undercooked, the ice cream is a 4.5,
The reason I rate it a 3 is due to Way to many Security Cameras, like they don’t understand Stand how to use them there is 4 camera 5 inches apart that is sketchy and unoriginal.

We love Braums but this is by far the worst location. Usually our ice cream would be at least filled to the brim. Such a disappointment.

The burger are great. My son and daughter gobble them down. The ice cream (especially the banan split) is amazing. The build has a small market which is a time saver. My kids want to go everyday.

The one in Bonham and Van Alystne were better. Left the first time because they kept interrupting me. Second time the Reese's pbc had barely any ice cream. Probably won't try again.

Use to be a great place for breakfast. Seems like everytime management changes, so does the service. Last visit food was cold and biscuits were like bricks.

Tables were sticky amd there was not a clean table until we cleaned it yourself.and the bathrooms really need attention. The hamburger was a little less flavorful as the locations. They just need a little better management. If your experience was the same please let others know by leaving a review.

I like their burgers and ice cream it is so good.this is where I even buy my milk because they have the best fresh things.

Their bitter pecan milk shakes are the best ever. Lots of pecans. Clean bathrooms

I Love Braums ice cream, but today it was insanely slow. We almost gave up while waiting in line. Many people behind us did. A couple of families came in and saw the line and turned around and left. Braums is not known for being speedy but today was just crazy

Food was great. Would give 5 stars but my cashier took awhile to notice I was waiting then didn't put order correctly so had to wait to get noticed again to fix my husband's order.

Location has a staff of new people as far as I can tell. It was a change for the better. Very polite and attentive

At 4 in the afternoon not 1 table was clean! Workers just standing around and mgr sitting at a dirty table not noticing the dirty tables and floor

I really do enjoy Braum's but the only problem is I have to drive so far to get my food and when I get home it's kind of cold I live in Princeton Texas please please put one out here please does everyone sure would love to have one I do not like Dairy Queen that is not real ice cream we want some real ice cream out here real banana splits and real Sundays thank you so much and I will be coming back please let me know if y'all decide to put one out here we sure will enjoy it

I hate being asked to pull forward in the drive thru! Customer service could use some work at this location. It want that we were asked to pull forward alone it was the fact that we waited outside 13 minutes for a single burger that we finally walked in to get to only be told they have made the burger yet. To it off we asked for a plain burger and got it fully loaded. Attention to detail please
