5 employees watch me walk up to the counter nobody acknowledge that I was standing there. I waited for 5 min for someone to help me and still no greeting. If I could rate a ZERO I WOULD

Went there with two of our grandchildren for ice cream. I had the brownie fudge sundae she had the the molten lava sundae and the kids each had chocolate scoops. All of it was super delicious. The kid behind the counter must have been new, he had to keep checking the instructions card, and he did a great job!

If i could put no stars I would! Worst customer service ever! I went through drive-thru & the workers were so rude and didn’t have no patience at all! They gave me my sundae very messed up, couldn’t even open it, it was such a mess! Also let’s not talk about the service in the morning with staff, they’re very rude and have no respect for the customers, never going there again, came from MN to try this out and I have never ever been through an experience like this, will never come back there again.

I usually love Bram's but this time it was horrible. They were training someone and he was very bad. They didn't help him. They got my order wrong and took forever to make it.

There was a lot of people working and very little customers but somehow they found more time to stand around than take our order.

A double dip for a $1.99 in a waffle cone. Gingerbread and peppermint, perfect seasonal combination.

It was better than other times, a little more clean than before, although they still need someone to keep up with cleaning up front and ketchup refill station. Ice cream is good, make sure there is fresh bananas ready to peel off to make banana slits, the ones I saw looked a little old. Thanks

It's just never been great. Counter help is usually hateful. They act like they are being bothered.

We celebrate all of our grandkids birthday's here with Braum's Ice Cream. Somehow my husband, has the kids hooked on peppermint ice cream, go figure. This store has been completely remodeled; it used to be dark and dreary, now it's lite and airy looking instead.

Bought 2 sundaes and between the 2 there was a major difference. One looked full as normal and the other barely had ice cream at all. Very disappointing.

Great milk! Usually cheaper than store brands. Definitely lasts longer than store brands. Fresh produce and other quick pick up items. Great quality ice cream/frozen yougurt. Good burgers, fries, shakes, and sundaes.

Waited 5 minutes in drive thru window. Nobody showed up. Went to next window and was told to go back around again. So I went inside to order and told the manager. He ignored what I said completely. No apology at all. I WON'T be back.

I love Braums, they're open until 10: 45, they also take check which is uncommon in these days. They have, sometimes poor customer service through the drive through. Other than that I'll continue to support the business. I once read the reason there are not alot of Braums, because the more into their quality and not quantity.

They have a new flavor called peanut butter and jelly. You can taste the peanut butter but you can taste the grape jelly a little more.had a great time with the family eating ice cream for a reasonable price.

Braum's is my favorite store for Ice Cream, although my favorite is the Butter pecan mix. My granddaughters enjoy the Birthday Cake. Sad that they don't offer the Southwest Salad anymore, but they sell the best chicken without preservatives.

We love this place and have not been in years. Was great to look around and see the upgrades and more variety of menu items. Y'all even serve breakfast now! Chocolate raspberry ganache was of the chain, soooooo rich and creamy!

Good food, great desserts and ice cream alone with being able to pick up your added things if you don't feel like going to a grocery store this is a Mini Mart store.

Braum's is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy some fine premium ice cream, as well as burgers and other not-low-calorie treats. The food market is well-stocked with grocery staples for those who eschew shopping for last minute items at a supermarket. The produce is invariably fresh. It's a fun place to visit.

The burgers are good the cream is awesome. The produce is great and I love the fries. The customer service was awesome and the bathroom was clean. And the. Drive thru moves. Quickly and I like the dine in experience. This is a great place to get a bite

The place very well, the boy Who wanted on us with our order of hamburguers very friendly, I can not say the same of the girl in the area of ice cream she very rude and angry.
