Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store, Fort Worth TX

This my second time being here. The first time the service was horrible, all the employees were congregating with the other employees, totally ignoring the customers. Then today I came back, and one girl was restocking ice cream, the guy that was helping me and my daughter forgot to put bananas on my banana fudge sundae, he didn't ask if I wanted nuts, I had to tell him, and this is what he does with my sundae. What a mess. Will not be back

It was terrible! The service was slow they didn't adjust to the crowd size, I actually went twice that night and the wait was more than 20 minutes each time. I guess I was the crazy one in the end.

I really do like braums, but the service is bad. You don't ask customers "what do you want. " Really tables were dirty, while teens were all chatting around some boy behind the counter. I only have 1 hr for lunch. And I don't have time to hear you talk about who's working with who.

The ice cream is always so good and creamy! Its a very clean location, which I appreciate since not a lot of locations are.

Only taking one star away because they get so busy its hard to get served quickly. They are short-staffed and need more employees to get past the big lines. Other than that, bravo braum's!

And by the way this assistant manager took her time wanting to take my order, when some more customers came in that were actually co-workers she immediately got right with them holding an entire conversation. I think she needs some more training.or just quit if you don't want to do your job.she has no leadership skills at all.

It need to be remodel and where you sit in the dining room are so small and it is out of update I see one table when you walk through going to get milks and bread it block where the customers sit and the tables by the window there is line where the customers stand in the long line get ice cream it is not good spot sit there andgo through drive through it block the traffic try get to drive through it will need good spot or make it bigger as I saw one Hulen St they are fixing up and look so nice. This store might be a good store but ordering thru the drive thru is a mess, you never are understood with your order and you have to wait for it to be prepared over again. This is not first time this has happened. Do better!

The location on McCart has always has exemplary customer service I will go out of my way to this location because the location nearest to my home doesn't give me the warm and fuzzy feeling

Really dirty including tables and lots of flies, was nasty to be eating there, I won't go back to that place. Not even order food again

Had a salad for the 1st time.it was AWESOME and comes with a cup of cottage cheese.yummy.to full for dessert. I will return

Saw the dude making the milkshakes level the excess milkshake off the top of the cup with his bare ungloved (hopefully washed) hand. Yucks!

I wish they were consistent on what ice cream the carry in the store for take out. Always out of my favorite lately which is vanilla chunky chocolate. It's better than just chocolate chip. Lol the chips are chunks instead. Love it. And this time had to wait 5 minutes to check out because the person at the check out was having to go and help in the food line.

I hadn't had Braum's Ice Cream In Years & decided to take my family out for a treat They Had Great & Friendly Service. Forgot How Delicious The Burgers Are With A Banana Split On The Side. UmmmUmmm Goooddd!

I love ice cream and on top of that they have multiple flavors and that bag of burgers and bag of biscuits maaaaan 'o' maaan

They Just Cant get an order right.

Even when you call them out on it in person to their face they simply Can't do right.
