Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store, Amarillo TX

Ordered 2 bags of burgers. Paid for cheese on them and did not get cheese on any of them. And the cashier girl needs to learn customer service skills. Not friendly at all.

I stop at Braum's Everytime I see one. It has the best selection of shakes and their meals are so good. I wish they would build one in Denver.

Pretty good! Has alot effort! And very creative with their Halloween and Holiday ice creams pretty cool for a Desert Fast food and market together

Omg, I love going back home, and passing through to hit up Brains makes it that much better the brownie sundaes with butter pavan ice cream always had me doing a happy dance ️ the limes for my salad were dry as all get out tho, leaving me dressing less, and I had to pay for those limes. If I could I’d give it a 4.75

They Weren't To Busy ~ And Also Had Full Crew ~ Behind The Counter ~ The Machines Were Filthy ~ There Was All Kinds Of Spills & Them Blending Machines Were Horrible & I Don't Think I'll Go Back To That Store ~ The People Working Were Not Friendly ~ Nor Did They Thank Us For Our Order ~ I Can Say It Makes One Wonder ~ What It Really Is Behind The Lines ~ Pamela Anderson

Service was very friendly and food was good but that place was groooooosss. Ketchup smeared all over the drink counter, old food sitting out on tables, trash swept under the counters in the kitchen, wow.

Ice cream is awesome also the groceries groceries if you need to pick up milk eggs they have it cereal little things like that

I love Braum's and the concept under which it operates. I wish I could give it a better rating, but unfortunately it seems like their stores are always dirty. Even when you go in and it's not busy there's crumbs all over most of the tables. They just always seem to be slightly disorganized. I love the burgers, and I wish I could still eat the ice cream! And it's still a good place to buy milk.

It was great had a double quarter pound cheeseburger and large fries with my brother and he had a bacon quarter pounder with a chocolate almond shake they have all the good stuff in one place

Ordered the guy went to next 4 ppl then I ordered again and I could tell he didn't want to do it r was who knows a bad day I guess then took other ppl order again. Finally no one else to order I ordered again then he finally went to do the drink. I only ordered a drink really worst place I've been in awhile while visiting Amarillo

Unprofessional service. Orders have been wrong on several occasions. This location just seems poorly managed from a customer's perspective.

Major complaint i have is the ice cream was too soft to be put on a cone.
Love the ice cream.
Too many times i have been served cold fries and i hate cold fries

The Iceceam is Fantastic. We live in Kentucky and were in Texas for a Wedding. It brought back great memories for the time we lived in Lawton Ok.the ice cream and price have not changed. Great Service.

Normally love Braums but this location seemed to have a serious cleanliness issue. Tables weren't clean. Seats were worse. And the flies were out of control.

This is by far the worst braums I have been to. The region manager needs retraining so they can go retrain there stores employees to greet customers when they come in instead of looking at the customer crazy for interrupting there lean on the counter time.

I ordered a 4 cheese burger combo with a malt. 1st they made it wrong (idk how, it’s 4 different pieces of cheese on meat and a bun) but on top of that it came out cold.

I was traveling and decided to stop at this location, my whole order was wrong. The ice cream tasted spoiled, the meat was not seasoned at all on the burger that was given (I did order a burger with one pattie and got a burger with two). The lime aids need major work, they are not sweet at all.

KEPT MESSING UP OUR ORDERS! DIDNT HAVE THE RIGHT DRESSING TO THE SALAD AND DIDNT SAY ANYTHING TILL WE COMPLAINED ABOUT IT! IT WAS THE WORSE TIME WE HAVE EVER HAD AT BRAUMS!

I have never been more disappointed in a restaurant than I was today. The children who worked here played like an elementary school play ground. Throwing around dirty rags and serving customers with the same gloves used to empty trashcans. Hair unkept with no hairnet. Not one mask to be seen in the entire place. I felt so disgusted I couldn't even finish my meal. I have to say that I will eat out of McDonald's dumpster before I eat here again. Sad because on a day when the temperature is 103 I really was looking forward to some cold treats to make my day better. I'm ashamed of the staffs unprofessional behavior more than the management. Pick your game up an hire some staff who understand hygiene and safety in the food service industry.
