Let me say these were good at the beginning, then we had a neighbor from hell! Hopefully she moved after the stunt she caused this woman had grown men come and try to kick our door in after me just having my newborn daughter and BRIANA the leasing lady was horrible dealing w the situation! Run from this building. I would not recommend ever!

I love living here, Kevin is super great at all times and I can also say that the maintenance staff is super good, since every time something is dealt with I immediately receive help.totally recommended! I have renewed contract again in Bravo apartments!

Everyone here is terrific. The community is very quiet and well kept. The neighbors are all very nice and the staff has always been so kind every time I've had any contact with them.

Nice 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. NO TOWING! Lived there 2 years. Leasing office staff from 2021 - 2023 were very friendly. Maintenance wasn’t very good and my car got went in a few times. But overall I never had issues.

Overall I've had a good experience. Management has changed over time and due to the pandemic, things have changed. We don't go into the office anymore and everything is online, including signing the lease and paying rent. But there are many ways to stay in communication. We get emails about events and office closures, we get texts if there's an emergency water shutoff. If we have an issue, management always follows up with us. The grounds are routinely kept and every morning there are workers picking up the trash -this is because of residents, but management always does their part. These apartments are quiet and people are friendly. Been here 10+ years, I got no complaints. My one issue is that we used to have a patrol in the evenings regularly, but I do see them from time to time, though not as much. Things are like everywhere else, if you keep your vehicle locked and out of sight, you'll be ok. Management does try to keep us safe and they send updates to us if anything happens. Like with anything, it depends on your neighbors. I've had some great ones and some bad ones, but overall it has been a great experience. The best part of this all is that all upstairs apartments have their own stairs, small porch, and a little storage closet. Very private. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

My experience here was awful. They never answer the phone when it’s a emergency. Hot water keep going out and when i moved in my apt it was a bad smell in the sink. Always dog pop somewhere and when you walk out your door at nite it’s always a Possums waiting at the front door like Noo so if you scared of reptiles then especially don’t move here.

I’m hoping that my experience gets better whenever I move in at the end of the month. Kevin is unprofessional, rude, and has been very dismissive towards me from the day I spoke to him in November. Communication is poor. I have been extremely patient with management regarding my move and to be honest I only chose to stay because I already paid money. He argued about sending me a contract I never received. Once he did send it, it didn’t have my children on there as occupants. He sent it a second time and the whole time he had my address as the clubhouse address but correct apartment number. When I went inside the office instead of just apologizing and fixing it. He looked up my welcome home letter just to tell me that my address was on there as if that mattered. Not only that I asked to see a similar apartment since mine won’t be ready until I move and he cut me off and proceeded to try and show me the pictures on his computer. Telling me that there wasn’t a 1 bed room to show. Whole time I’m moving into a 2 bedroom. I was told by the manager the day before that there was an available unit to show. I eventually seen it and felt rushed. At this point I am over his antics. Im not sure if it’s me he chooses to act like this towards or he just needs more training or another job. Honestly that’s not even half of it. He is out of line. I guess the one person under me had a better experience. I refuse to be disrespected or made to feel unwanted in a community where I work, pay taxes and live. I would say do your research and start exposing these places who treat you beneath them. Discrimination is real. I will keep y’all updated as time goes on.

Finally moved in. The staff, especially Kevin, came through last minute as I was trying to get everything done real quick during the holidays. I will keep updating the review if anything comes up but so far loving the place - it’s not perfect (could use more shelves in the bedroom) but it definitely got its perks. I’m in love with the open concept and high ceiling!
