Bravo Key & Lock reviews
8LOVE BRAVO! I manager multiple properties and they make all my keys and help replace and repair locks when needed. I’ve never had to have them redo a key, they work every time! Yesterday my tenant broke her key in the door and they were there within a few hours to handle it! So appreciative!
Friendly guy, fast key copying, all the keys (house and car) fit perfectly so far. Have done a total of 5 keys with them in the last year.
I came today to get a key made and as soon as I pulled up, the employee put a be back in 15 min sign on the door. I am on my lunch break and wanted to get a key made. Do not have time to wait
I’m not one to leave reviews, but the service I receive at Bravo Key & Lock is always beyond excellent! Everytime I call in, Timothy remembers my name, asks about how my wife is, and what I love the most is he remembers small details like what brand of locks I have so that I don’t have to look everytime I call in. You can tell Timothy loves his job, and takes great pride in what he does.
Made a call to re-key some locks.
I was able to get a locksmith to my location within 45mins. The job was done in 15-20mins. Most of that time felt like it was making the new keys.
He was professional, fast, and courteous. The price was good.
I would definitely use them again!
A door handle they install (at the inflated price of $600.00) only lasted a few months before it broke. When called, they wouldn't even answer questions on how to get a replacement. At first, I thought they were just over priced, now I realize they are unprofessional as well. (We did not provide the door handle, you guys did and all we wanted to know is where we could get a similar one. It's your reluctance to do so and your blatant lie in your response that further demonstrates your unprofessionalism.)
I always tend to leave this place with a bad taste in my mouth.and that goes back about 20 yrs. I only use them in emergencies-or for something super simple like just having a basic key made-because they are always so expensive. Like, today, they charged me $20 to rekey a single-sided deadbolt.that I brought in to them. Before Reed's Keys closed a few years ago they charged $7 for that-as far back as I can remember. So.maybe $10 with inflation (took the guy like 10 minutes). The the entire Kwikset single-sided deadbolt they re-keyed costs less than $20 new. I literally could have bought a brand new deadbolt-same brand, style, finish-with two brand new keys-for what they charged me to rekey one cylinder-with no new keys made. But.they're pretty much the only game in town (Montrose) these days.so I guess they can charge whatever they want.
