Bugs everywhere no matter how clean, management picks and chooses who can decorate their patio, and children knock on every door and run away, do not move here it is horrible

We have been waiting for two week for y’all to come up here and fix all the mistakes your “maintenance guys” have made. There is paint all over the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom. The carpet in every room is coming up off the tack strip. The shower head is literally falling out of the wall the caulking is all messed up and messy in the bathroom there are tiles falling off the shower wall. The tile flooring is all cracked in kitchen and bathroom. When we moved in only three light bulbs worked on the dining room fan. The dead lock on door doesn’t work. The patio screen door just fell off when we opened the door and the glass door doesn’t lock. There are outlets that don’t work. No fire alarms so if there’s a fire i guess y’all just want us and our pets to burn with the building. The hot plates on range don’t even fit it. Under each sink the cabinets have dips and cracks in them. The water damage above the bathroom looks like someone attempted to patch it with caulking. The paint on walls have drip marks everywhere. When we moved in the whole place looked completely disgusting with stains on carpet and counters, the vents caked in dust. It was embarrassing to have the people helping us see how disgusting it was in here. Oh also if y’all are going to call us and mark us down for not following y’all’s rules y’all might want to read the handbook yourselves before saying something isn’t allowed and until y’all decide to tell everyone else to take down their curtains and decor/furniture outside I will be putting mine back up and as for the “boxes” it was our dogs food containers that y’all had an issue with even though there are cardboard boxes on others balcony’s. Also the mail key doesn’t even work for our box. The first night we moved in the toilet completely flooded and I called emergency maintenance with no answer then I called y’all and left two voice mails and y’all never got back with me and our toilet still acts like it’s gonna flood. Our bathtub doesn’t even drain. There is paint coming up on base boards there is paint on the door knobs. When we open our blinds they just fall off the track we have lost two so far. And y’all didn’t even give us the same floor plan as the apartment y’all showed us it was way nicer than this nasty one. The outside of our front door has cob webs and spider eggs everywhere and caked on dirt which is disgusting

Been living here for 5yrs! Why? Because my rent is still cheaper than most.but that’s the only good thing about it! Don’t let the view of the river distract you from the horrible up keep.the roaches are starting to spread even worse (bomb every 2 weeks). Spiders and the webs have and will take over your breeze ways.if you love having a clean floor and clean shoes get over it! They allow pets and owners who don’t pick up after them. There is animal waste every other step you take and management don’t seem to actually give 2 cares.also theft is very high at these apartments lock your doors! Car and apartment! If you have other options take it! I currently still live here and I don’t recommend.can’t wait to move

Quiet.very quiet.small simple apartments. Price is o.k. Better than most in the area. Good location.
