I usually work with Whitney Hooks but on this particular day she was out of pocket. In turn I spoke to Catharine Wood. Both of these ladies are wonderful to speak to and when you talk with them, you definitely get a sense that things will get taken care of. For over 25+ years I have been banking with BVSCU. Every since I have been working with the Brenham branch, it has been wonderful! When I can't reach either person, I leave a message. I never worry if I am going to get a call back or not because both ladies have proven time and time again that taking care of the customer is their top priority. It is great to know that there is still a bank out there that knows many of their customers by name as well. Awesome people to deal with!
