Brazos Valley Volkswagen reviews
21Justin Poirier was my salesman and he was super superrrrr great! Joseph a manger Answered my call initially and was so welcoming. Elton in financing was a charm as usual
By far the easiest lease process ever. Miller is awesome. No pressure and he listened to me!
I got a great deal and I’m happy.
This was my first time buying a car and my experience was great! They knew exactly what I was looking for a found me something even better. Thanks to Peter Royall I successfully found reliable transportation that even suits my personality! Peter Royall was amazing!
I always come her for service on my Mazda. The customer service is amazing. Everyone is always so nice and helpful
We had a great experience with Justin trading in for a new Atlas Cross Sport! Easy to deal with and left with a great new SUV. I would definitely recommend!
All of the staff are pleasant and understanding. Marion and Travis assisted me with getting into a new vehicle, they were very friendly & met all of my accommodations. There’s no surprise as to why they are referred to “Home of the Nice Guys”. I would recommend Douglass to anyone searching for a new vehicle! Thank you.
Even though I had to make two trips from Burton I am very satisfied. Sevice man Dylan was great. He worked with me and always called back asap. Hope I don't need service for quite awhile, but if I do I will definitely be back. Thank you all for all you did for me!
Crooks and thieves, took my car in for a simple look at my front bulb and charged me $150.00 and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Never going back here and am calling Volkswagen of US to lodge a complaint.
Dylan and Humberto are always busy but always get the job done quickly while providing clear communication backed by good mechanic work.
Always friendly service, glad to have found them to service my 2011 volkswagen golf. I have had an oil change service for 70,000 miles and price quoted was less than what I actually had to pay. Will definitely be going back for routine services.
They get gold stars from me. Got a great deal and had no idea it could happen with my credit. Thank you BVV!
Service advisors are really good. They do a great job of keeping you in the loop throughout the entire process. Communication is fantastic.
I too have noticed the very unprofessional atmosphere, I will not take my new vehicle here to be serviced. The thought of that scares me, I do not trust the employees they have working here. I stopped here shopping for a new VW and am glad I chose to go elsewhere. It seems as though there is no structure and poor management at this VW dealership. It's a shame but I'll have to drive to Houston to get serviced. I wouldn't trust this place.
Got my daughter the beetle she always wanted. She doesn’t know yet, so it’s going to be an exciting weekend!
My experience with Brazos Valley Import was not a happy one. Took Beetle in paid 5400.00 received back and still did not work. Took it in again 800.00 later still did not work. We gave up took it to our home town and they said work report might not have happen. Can't prove it so our loss. Will not go back. To his credit shop foreman was nice.
Worst experience ever, segregation, I got ripped off. Paid $140 for just for diagnosis. Never recommended.
The sales associate explicitly lied to me as to what he was going to do to my car. Ended up paying $140 for a battery alternator test. I will never return my vehicle to there service department.
Parts department kept us up to speed while we waited on the part we needed to be delivered. It wasn't great waiting several days, but they made sure to treat it like a high priority.
I had my car for 17 years, but finally decided to get something new. Brazos Valley VW was patient with me and gave me a deal that it would take to make me move forward.
