He accommodated different time zones, hectic work schedules, and maintained a calm, positive approach throughout our relocation in a ridiculous market. Brian is also knowledgeable as a local San Antonian – he knows both commercial and private real estate – and is responsive no matter the ask or concern. He answered all of our questions and gave his professional opinion on things like school districts, to traffic patterns and concerns. He was receptive to feedback and always checked in (even after we closed) to see how we were feeling and what support we needed. Very poor agent. Has to send multiple emails/texts to get a response from him and when the sale of property is complete, he will completely ignore your messages.
