Brick in the Yard Mold Supply, Richardson TX

All the products I've gotten from them over the years have been great. I use Art Cast original, Art Cast clear, poly pig, flocking and tin thix. I've tried other products they have but not all products will work for all jobs. Sometimes it's trial and error and that's just the nature of the business when you're working with chemicals.
Mitch is very knowledgeable but doesn't take time to listen fully to the question before trying to answer what he thinks you're asking. This has happened both of the two times I've called for product information.

Love there products had one issue caused from ups but brick in the yard took care of it! And had a very fast response to my question, highly recommend them.the products they sell are superior!

I'd just like to say to anyone who may come here and read a negative review, I would not rush to believe it. This is an absolutely fantastic company and I simply cannot recommend these guys enough. Every time I have called for technical questions or assistance I am greeted with nothing but a willingness to help. But the quality doesn't just stop at customer service, the array of products available from BITY and their lightning fast shipping speeds have made them my go to for FX supplies. As long as this company is in business, I'll be buying!
