Brick and Stone Master did a great job repairing our stone retaining wall and flower bed. The whole experience working with Carly, Alex and Mike was exceptional. I highly recommend them!

Matt Schultheis Project Manager and his crews did a great job replacing wrought iron fencing panels with high quality brick panels giving us the privacy we were seeking. Even through permitting and weather issues these gentlemen remained professional and the result was a high quality product that we will enjoy from now on. The craftsmanship was outstanding and the way these folks interacted with our neighbors met all of our expectations of professionalism. Great construction company.

Our experience with Brick and Stone Master was amazing. We contacted them due to our mailbox being destroyed by a delivery truck. The team was very nice, punctual and very EASY to work with. Every phone call, email I did I always got a response even with me being so indecisive in the beginning. They walked me through the whole process, never pushy, and allowed me to take my time. They came the next day to put up a temporary mailbox due to the damages and danger of the sharp pieces. During the build of the new box we had about 3 days of rain which caused some delays. My contractor stayed in touch with me and let me know his every move when he was coming and going and I appreciated that. So I would definitely recommend this company for your next brick and stone work. My new mailbox is beautiful.

I'm astonished this company has such great reviews after having done business with them. I was looking to have a flowerbed built and wanted it built well and done right. This company's bid came in as the highest but with the great reviews online I figured this was the company to go with for quality. They had a lead time of 3 weeks but again I was willing to wait for quality.

They sent the estimate and I approved it via email. I requested someone come out to talk in person so we could get the project specifics nailed down. I had a hard time getting them to nail down a date to to this. The guy eventually just showed up one day and I happened to be home. I described how I wanted the project to look and material to be used pretty specifically. I told the guy I wanted everything one level. I wanted chopped Oklahoma sand stone. I wanted PVC drainage tubes installed. I wanted the wall back filled with drainage rock for water drainage. The guy agreed. About 3 weeks later the team showed up and took about 1.5 days to complete the project. What I ended up with was not what I said I wanted.

The biggest problem was the flower bed was not one level. Instead, the flower bed stair steps up the side walk. The biggest issue with that, other than that is not what I said I wanted, was that the brick cap in the back now has the red of the unfinished brick showing towards the street and standing out.

Other problems were that there were clearly broken rocks cemented into the wall. There was NO drainage rock anywhere. There was 0 drainage holes in the 2 tree rings. The drainage holes in the main planter were not PVC as i requested and instead were just giant irregular holes. The front tree planter is not level and tilts forward. There are 3 white rocks in the main planter that stand out and don't belong. Some of the end bricks were done with poor quality and are just bricks that are cement filled. The lines of the brick topper were irregular. When laying the back tree planter they didn't randomize the different colored rocks so its 6 darks, then 5 whites and then back to dark or something like that.

Overall just very poor quality and not worth the almost $3k that I'm paying. The worst part was trying to get them out to fix the issues. In all, to finally get the project to a somewhat acceptable, but not perfect, state it took almost 2 months of dealing with them. I finally had to tell them if they did not have it fixed by a certain time I was going to consider it project abandonment and was going to hire someone else to fix the job and pay them whatever was left. Even after two months the guy calls me talking about how it wont be good quality if they are forced to do it by then. Amazing.

In the end, they fixed a few of the more simple issues. After two months I just wanted the white rocks that stand out gone and I'd just deal with the rest.

I dealt with Zach for the main project and then finally Matt at the very end. Zach is the one that listened to what I wanted and then had his crew do something completely different. Matt is the manager that came out with the personality of a used car dealer by minimizing everything. Telling me how stair step is actually an upgrade and how broken rocks can be expected because it's a natural material.even though it's a chopped stone wall which means everything is cut not natural edges. He also started telling me how it says in their contract they're not responsible for irrigation lines being cut even though it was deliberate lol. (he ended up somewhat rectifying this)

I'm not sure where all the great reviews are coming from but my experience was very poor and when there was a problem they didn't want to make it right without a hassle. I, personally, would never use this company again.

Brick & Stone Masters is awesome! Matt was my project manager and he was super great to work with! Matt was always very responsive and was sure to keep me update to date on the project. Throughout the entire process I was very pleased with my experience and the final product turned out absolutely perfect. I will definitely use them for again!

I have used Brick & Stone Master's twice now to repair & rebuild our brick mail box. They are very efficient in getting the needed information to write up a service proposal and send out a bid. The thing I like about this company as opposed to most other services is they DO NOT require an initial deposit to put you on the schedule (many service companies require at least half). They were quick to come out (as in our case) ; clean up the mess, haul off the material, and provide us with a temporary delivery box when our mailbox was damaged. They were able to schedule us for the work in about 4 weeks, which was a reasonable amount of time. They did an excellent job and cleaned everything up after they were finished. I highly recommend Brick and Stone Master for any project.

I worked with Carly and Alex to replace my mailbox which was completely destroyed by a neighbor. The process from start to finish was exceptional. Carly and Alex were very responsive and professional, the price was very reasonable and the work the mason did was superb, our mailbox looks better now than prior to it being knocked down! Our home is almost 13 yrs old and the brick we have is discontinued, they did a wonderful job finding a match. You can't even tell it's not the same brick.

When I called to pay my invoice and spoke to Carly she let me know they had been closed the afternoon prior because everyone in their office went to help a co-worker who's family is in need. They took the afternoon off to clean his home. What a wonderful way to give back to their employees, specially around the holidays! This is exactly why we support small businesses! We hope we don't have to use them again under the same circumstances but if we ever need masonry work again- we are definitely using Brick & Stone Master!

Brick and Stone Master recently repaired the stone retaining wall separating my home from the one next door. It was a great experience from my initial call to the office. Carly was very responsive and had Zach scheduled to do an estimate right away. Zach was on time for the appointment, sent me the estimate when he said he would (great price in my opinion) and stayed in touch, letting me know when I should expect to hear from a mason soon. The mason called before arriving, completed the job, and I'm very happy with it. I will definitely contact Brick & Stone Master if I need any additional work.

Was very pleased with this company! Would of been 5 stars but they took awhile to replace my mailbox (they did provide a temporary mailbox). Carly was great and the price was about the same from other quotes i received.thank you

Matt S came out to my home and spent a lot of time checking everything out very thoroughly. He was very professional and came back with a written estimate of what the work needed would cost. I was very pleased in everything that was done and feel like Matt is exceptional and his desire to make sure everything is done thoroughly and to my satisfaction goes above and beyond. I definitely would recommend them for In a brick or mortar work that needs to be done.

The excellent customer service starts when you speak with Carly and continues during the entire process. We had a hearth removed and the stone reapplied to the wall so that the fireplace continued to the floor. They matched the mortar so we'll that you can't even tell it isn't original. Matt consistently checked to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Highly recommended.

Brick and Stone Master designed a new mailbox for us after our previous mailbox got destroyed by a car. Chad, our repesentative, spent a lot of time finding the right brick to match the brick on our house. He came out several times until he found the right brick. Also, the men who built the new mailbox did outstanding masonry work. It is a 10!

Mike the mason, does excellent work. They are brick layers and artisans, Mike is the later. I have Brick and Stone Masters do a touch up once a year on my home and property. Highly recommend.
