My wife and I recently had to relocate due to work. We had never sold a house before, we looked online and are very Thankful that god led us to Shelby Donoho. Shelby came by and looked at our house and gave us a tasklist of item to fix so we could be prepared to sale. Shelby always listened to our needs and then made suggestions to how we should move forward. Shelby, reviewed the housing market and was able to have a contract on our house in 3 days.

On the other side, we was buying a house, We called Shelby back up. Shelby did just like any other realtor would do and showed us houses. But what she did next was she went above and beyond for us as buyers. We found a House that we liked, and decided to put an offer on it. We consulted Shelby on our requests, and we put them on the contract. At the time of closing some of the request were not done all the way due to lead times with contractors. Shelby led the way with having amendments ready to go to help make sure that these items were corrected by 2 weeks.

After signing our papers, and a long day buying things for the house, we finally made it to our New House and Shelby had left a gift and Card. This really made my night knowing that she had traveled out of her way and done this.

Long story short, Shelby is about Keeping the buyers #1 and keeping them from getting ripped off. The relationship that we felt, was amazing. Never once did we feel pressure to buy. Where ever Shelby is at that's where we will be when we need to move again.

Aylissa went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and that we had all questions answered. She made the entire process seem effortless and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Definitely recommend her.
