4Staff gets onto the teens for slamming the weights but lets others do it no problem. Management needs to step up. Other than that, very cool gym.
This gym is the best I’ve ever been to. Staff is friendly. Place is always clean which is important in a gym. People of all ages come here. Very comfortable atmosphere. There is a giant window that looks over a pretty lake. If you want to get strong and have all the weights you need, this is the place for you.
Parking lot is so dark! Can barley see the lines to park and have to make sure to drop-off and pick-up my son from his karate class at the door so he doesn't have to walk through the lot!
Hi I went here with my husband today we were visiting the area and nice front desk personnel Dominic showed us around and we and srayenjoyed our workout, great neighborhood gym to pay it forward and stay positive and healthy.
