I walked into Bridal Connection and quickly fell in love with the customer service and dresses. Angelita was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend coming here for your special day!

I had the best experience here at Bridal Connection! Angelita was so nice and super helpful. I walked in not expecting to buy anything, just looking and I walked out with my dream dress!

I came in and Maxie already had dresses pulled! The first one I tried on is the one I took home! She was super helpful, and I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. She was also respectful of my budget.

I had forgotten I had a bridal shower the day of appointment and the front desk was so polite and quick to reschedule for a later time. They were very accommodating and brought out dresses that suited my modest tastes. The first dress I tried on I was already sold, and what a great price! It fit with my budget, was below 1K, and they also offered a layaway option if I wanted it pay 50% and then the rest over time. I chose to just buy it on the spot, it was an affordable price! Sophie was there to answer all and any questions and provide excellent customer service, as well as the front desk. Thank you so much!

The staff at Bridal Connection was absolutely wonderful! They were so patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Zoe was amazing, she made me feel so special and well taken care of while we were there. She helped me find the perfect wedding dress! So far Bridal Connection has made this process very easy and fun! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dress shopping experience.

Bridal Connection was the 6th store I went to to find a dress and it was the last place as well! I called to make an appointment and ask if they had carried 3 select styles of a Morilee collection, they only had 1 in the store. Without me even asking, they called and ordered in loaners of the other 2 styles I was looking to try on and said they would arrive in time for my appointment 5 days later! I was so grateful and surprised by their service and that they could get them so fast! I was coming in from Austin and I’m glad I made the trek. Zoe helped me and she had the 3 dresses along with others waiting for me to try on. She pulled one I hadn’t even listed and low and behold, that was the one I ended up buying! Never did I feel pressure to buy or any fakeness as I had previously at some other places I visited. The shop is nice and they have a lot of dresses to choose from! Their relationship with the designers is really a huge advantage vs other places! Thank you Zoe and team for being so helpful and sweet during my dress shopping process! I can’t wait to come back and try my real dress on!

The experience my bridal party and I have received at the bridal connection was one for the books. Angelita and her crew were very attentive and listened to every detail and brought me a selection of dresses that I didn't even know I liked! That's how good they are! My sister and I came into Bridal connections, After having a bad experience at a different shop. The store was set up so nice, Just walking into the store was so inviting. Maxie was so helpful and kind the whole time. She did not rush us and even took the time to take one of the dresses
Off of the mannequin, so my sister could try it on. We gave her a description of the dresses that the bride was into. Immediately she took us picked several lovely dresses within the price range we had and that met the details of what we gave we. I’m pretty sure we found the dress. Maxie made this happen in less than an hour and it was so easy. This was our third store and the most memorable experience.

This was my first and last store I went to. The entire staff was extremely helpful and made my experience so special. I said yes to the perfect dress today with their help. Definitely recommend them!

I’m getting married in a couple months, I went to Bridal Connection with 0 hope, and came out WITH my wedding dress. They were very nice and helpful, they helped me find the perfect dress. 100%recommended? ️

I went in having a slight idea of what I wanted, and did a complete 180 and bought something totally different! The ladies were so patient with me and accommodating to my ever changing mind! Great selection and the staff was willing to help me in every possible way! And I can’t stop looking at pictures of my dress!

First impression wasn't great. We walked in and no one greeted us. They just kind of looked at us until we spoke. And with the desk being in the back it was weird. Then, the one lady asked kind of rudely for me to wash my hands. No other place has asked this but I get it (to keep the dresses clean). She could've asked nicer. The way I was asked was like I was a filthy peasant and I wanted to leave but I tried to push that aside.

The lady who helped us, Valerie, was much nicer! We loved her and her recommendations. This store was a bit pricey and not quite what I was looking for but that's just my opinion.

Also, place looks a little messy. Not sure if they have too many things or cleaning or something.

One big plus is that if you order your wedding dress with them, anyone related to your wedding (bridesmaids, mother's, or flower girl) get 10% off. (If they find a dress though. And they are higher priced)
